Benq Direct has great deals and extremely responsive customer service, in my experience. And the monitors have been great too!

The agent that assisted me was professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and provide advice on the choices for the best monitor for my use.

I called Ben Q to talk about how I had an issue with my package and no one picked up or even attempted to call me back. I ordered a replacement bulb and had overnight shipping but the package was marked that I had to be 21 and older so my package had to be signed for and couldn’t be redelivered for a few days which is so unfair because I paid extra money to get it shipped sooner and it was not delivered in a reasonable time.

Love everything about the ht3050, except for the source switching issue that others have experienced. Not sure what the solution will be, might need to add a hdmi repeater to the line as it is a 40ft cable.

The company provided fast service and a quality product. $245 for a replacement lamp is outrageous but my home theater is not much fun without 'Binky'. I recommend the BenQ projectors and BenQ Direct as well. Now if only they would lower their replacement lamp prices...

Simplify the web site. Very technical to find a replacement lamp, confusing. I should be able to enter the model of my projector and a list of order-able parts should be available. Simple.

This is the coolest and best desk lamp I have ever had . . . and I’m in my 60’s and have tried everything over the years. I totally love it. Well made. The turn on circle is easy and very cool. Yes, the price is way more than you think you want to pay. BUT, when you get this lamp and put in on your desk for reading or computer use, you will be grateful and happy you spent the money. I’d buy it again in a heartbeat. THANKS FOR MAKING SUCH a perfect desk lamp.

great projector

Crappy experience. Website said tax was zero but I was charged $39 in tax. Instead of making things right, they just said thanks for pointing out that the experience on mobile has issues, we will fix it. Lame.

I ordered a refurb monitor. Monitor was defective. They sent me another monitor before receiving the defective one back. Only issue I had was sending the defective monitor back, which was an issue with fedex. I packaged the monitor the exact same way that it was sent to me, but fedex charged me to put extra cushion in the box. I would definitely buy from Benq again. I love the monitor.

Monitor is good. Only issue is that the vga port does not work. Luckily, it also has an hdmi port, I had an extra hdmi cable, and my computer also has an hdmi port. Not worth sending it back over that, but it was a bit disappointing and could pose a problem if I ever want to use it with a computer that does not have an hdmi connection.

Awesome customer service, recommended to a couple people already. Brother bought the same monitor as me also.

Great screens! Solid and strong which is important when I'm gaming and occassionally punch the screen.

Not bad service

The monitors are bright and vivid. I ordered two monitors two weeks apart from each other, but I was able to get models with the same date of manufacture and REV #. The monitors' display is identical for all practical purposes. I'm glad I was able to snatch up 22 inch monitors at such a good price.

Simple and straightforward purchasing and shipping. The monitor came quickly, was nicely packaged and worked out of the box. Pretty simple, but that's what you hope for. I haven't had any issues with the product, but from those I know that have, I've heard the customer service is excellent.

The monitor itself was really cool. However, it wasn't really what I was expecting, so I returned it for a refund. BenQ was prompt with refund instructions. It took a while for it to be issued, but just went through, so we're good. All around, pleasant company to deal with, friendly customer service. You can talk to real humans!

Everything was smooth but when I canceled my order I didn't get any email confirmation. Everyone on the phone was nice and fast but it would've been more reassuring that I got an email confirmation that it was done with.

Purchased my first BenQ VW2235 monitor 3 years ago because the users in my family have migraines and this was the only monitor they can use without triggering a headache because of the flicker free screen. The only problem I have is that it only lasted 3 years with low to moderate use. The screen would randomly go black and sometimes come back on and sometimes not. It would cost more to have it diagnosed and repaired than to buy a new one. So I purchased a new one. Love the monitor. Just hope it lasts longer than 3 years.
