the monitor i purchased is really great the only problem is it has 1 dead pixel on the monitor and it's really annoying. it was there the moment i first booted the monitor.

Immediately sent, arrived when they said it would, and communicated with me about my slight confusion. Their customer feedback website is a little weird, and it's hard to tell whether humans are actually dealing with your problem, but they wrote me back the next day and all was well.

Very nice product. Setup is a little confusing, and monitor profiling software is not great, though it is very simple and easy to use your own, standard calibration software from X-Rite and Spyder.

Excellent product

Very low transparency. Shipping notification arrived after the product itself. Order status never updated on site, just sat at "Order Processing" from the time it was placed until after the Jamboard arrived.

The one on one service I got was amazing. The represantive was very honest and that is very hard to find these days. Once my product arrived I noticed the packaging and presentation is too notch. Once everything was plugged I was amazed at how much the quality of the visuals had over my tv. I was missing out on so much detail

I ordered a W1070 refurbished Projector and could not be more pleased. Lamp had less than 10 hrs on it, probably from testing. Condition was like new. It had a plastic sheet protector on the top like new models do to protect it and keep it clean. I have used it a while now with no issues. The projector itself is an excellent projector, bright with great contrast. I would definitely buy it again from BenQ's site.

Honestly I can't seem to make ideal settings for my game and I am confused. It has been 2 weeks and I am playing around with my settings.
