The model I was looking for had been discontinued, so I call and spoke with a tech rep who advised me which model would be the closest to that model as I needed to match as close as possible with the discontinued model. The sales department was also very helpful and the shipment arrived when promised. Very happy with their service.

Monitors for business. Good price plus it came with cables! Another plus is that it is not a glossy screen and it is IPS. One user said that the 27" size is just right; any larger and it would be too large. Another really likes it but said she had to adjust the brightness because it was way too bright. But again, the size makes her more productive without being too distracting (with too many windows as you would with two screens). IT likes not having to have two power cords and two video ports on the computer. Ground shipping was one week from order to delivery, too.

They shipped me the wrong projector. Fine, I understand mistakes are made. They even shipped me out the right projector by next day mail. But, in order to do this they charged me 400 dollars and promised that as soon as I shipped the old one back and they received it, I would get my money back. It has now been 17 days since they received the wrongly shipped projector back and I don't have my money back. I've called 3 times now, each time being reassured that it would only be a few more days. I'm tired of this. Going to have to call a 4th time, and if that doesn't work I guess I'll just have to work with my credit card company to get my money back.

EDIT: I have changed my review to reflect BenQ support reaching out to me (thanks to review posted here) and providing the requested feature information. I ordered a monitor (BL2711u). I like the monitor and it is in great shape. However, there is one feature I can't seem to get to function. After posting questions on Amazon, and emailing BenQ Support directly on Aug 15, 2017 (Case ID 89753), Sean from BenQ sent me an RMA Request form on Aug 17, 2017, but did not provide me with any information regarding my specific issue. The issue I'm having is I can't get the Eye Protect feature to work. This is the feature that adjusts the monitor's backlight automatically based on the room's brightness levels. All I need to know is either how to turn it ON or is it a broken feature.

Ordered a refurb HT2050 and ended up sending it back after it arrived DOA with a lamp light on. Mistakenly ordered another at the suggestion of someone there but I don't think either of us knew how quick the rma process was. I got my replacement super quick and sent the other one back that I ordered. Customer service was very helpful on the situation. Love the projector with my grey screen. Quiet and sharp picture.

I was a bit disappointed because I got a call a couple of days after I ordered my monitor telling me they didn't have it in stock. They did offer me an alternative that was delivered in a timely manner and has functioned flawlessly.

The picture quality on this monitor is exceptional. I did start noticing my computer acting up though, it might just be coincidental but it now freezes.

Ben q direct customer service is top notch. I want to express that first. I've waited a couple months to give a review so I knew that my product review would have some use before making any claims. I bought an refurb HT2050 and am completely satisfied, like brand new. its my first projector but it has really exceeded my expectations, Joe G helped me over the phone and I wish I could say without being cheesy, this was superior customer service, very helpful, informative, and covered important info such as return policy and warranty, I dont want to sound like a jerk but, I really like customer service thats in the US. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks again Joe!
