I want a good mattress, but I also want good service. Mattress shopping online is overwhelming and it is hard to get good information without some serious time dedication. Shane made the entire process, from recommending a mattress to delivering the mattress to removing my old mattress extremely easy. The good reviews were the reason I came to Urban Mattress and they definitely lived up to the hype.

Urban Mattress was an incredibly welcoming space, and the service was very helpful. I was offered several options and was given time to see which one felt most right for me. I'm pleased with my mattress and had a pleasant time picking it out.

Good service and nice staff, but some questionable COVID practices. I didn't love laying on a mattress and the store owner telling me I could take my mask off as he took his off. Made me wonder just how many other maskless people had recently been on that exact mattress!

Purchased the mattress on the phone. I didn’t investigate the type of mattress I purchased and ended up with a lower quality than desired. Make certain you know what you are getting.

Delivery timing was 2x what was quoted, from 1 week to two. Other than that, no problems, and a quality product.

I had an excellent experience at Urban Mattress this week. I needed to order 5 twin mattresses and after a brief but very helpful discussion I was out the door with mattresses scheduled for delivery in 3 days - and at a better price than I had expected! Solid company providing an excellent alternative to those lame chain mattress places taking up so much space. Always glad to support Urban Mattress.

Shane was helpful and would answer all of my questions. He is very kind and patient with me despite me going back n forth with the mattresses. Also he was mindful of social distancing and his mask which was great 👍🏼

I made a wonderfully comfortable mattress purchase from Urban Mattress about 1.5 years ago. The mattress showed some questionable signs of wear and upon contact with Shannon at Urban Mattress, he very quickly made some inquiries and we are now waiting for a new mattress delivery, and they will take the old mattress! We are elated and very happy they will stand behind their warranty with no muss nr fuss. Amazing to have this kind of service in this day and age. Great business and great service!

We worked with 5 different people at Urban Mattress; they are all friendly and offer suggestions based on our needs. Due to COVID mattress, production was behind; however, they worked to make it right and were in constant communication at every step of the way.

I purchased from Shannon at the Lamar location. Shannon is one of the nicest, low key people and was extremely helpful. He was informative and I never felt pushed. The purchase was hassle free and delivery was the new t day. I eventually decided I needed a different mattress and the return was hassle free. I then purchased a different mattress at the north location - Tamara was helpful and patient. Delivery was the next day by the most friendly and upbeat delivery drivers I have ever met. Overall my experiences were positive and I would highly recommend Urban Mattress to anyone!

This is an edit to my initial review— I’ve revised my review up, from 1 to 3 stars. It took a bit of complaining and time, but ultimately the owner, Shane, graciously honored the return/ exchange policy. We had purchased an expensive mattress but then we exchanged it a couple weeks later for a less expensive mattress. It took a while to get this resolved but Shane has been responsive and professional and was happy to refund us the difference.

Any time I have needed a mattress or an issue addressed Urban Mattress comes through. They are good for their word & they treat you like a friend, not a customer.

Needed some good sheets for our great mattress. We got great sheets. Our existing King sheets kept slipping off the corners. Contacted Urban Mattress for suggestions and they recommended DreamFit sheets. I called their North / Arboretum store and Tamara was very pleasant and positive. I appreciated that she did not try to aggressively upset me. She know I wanted sheets so she only sold me sheets. She quickly worked me though the order and payment online. I just walked in and after greeting me she handed me my sheets and I was on my way. Awesome experience. The sheets are amazing. Just putting them on we could tell they were different. No fighting the sheets to get them on. None of the tucking under one corner and popping up on the other. They are amazingly comfortable. They are indeed pleasantly cool. We are going to love these sheets. Definitely a "why did I not get these a long time ago?" moment.
