I called for help and Tamara was so helpful and able to steer us to a mattress that would work based on what we had bought at Urban Mattress in the past. Then we went to the store and Troy helped us try out the mattress and purchase it. This is the third mattress we have purchased from the store and have been pleased. We trust this store.

The sales person I dealt with was so very nice. Although the mattress I wanted was not in stock, he made some calls to see if he could locate one. I was so impressed I ordered the one I wanted for delivery in 3 to 4 weeks. I was very pleased with this service and I look forward to receiving my new mattress.

I went into Urban Mattress to discuss a warranty item and was promptly greeted and well taken care of. I appreciated the Owner, Shane, took time to explain to me how the mattresses are built and to advise me on protecting my mattress investment. The store was clean, quiet, and they are taking precautions to keep shopping safe.
