We loved our last mattress from Urban Mattress, so when it was time to replace it, we came back! We were not disappointed. Tamara was so patient. We came in with an idea of what we wanted. When we tried it out were unsure, so she gave us other options so we could weigh all the pros and cons and make an informed choice. Tamara gave us any info we wanted and let us spend lots of time ‘laying around’. No rush, ever. We were the only customers in the store, which was a bonus. No hard sell. She wanted us to be happy with our choice. So excited for our new mattress (Tabernash Firm King) to arrive this week!

We ordered 3 mattresses, pillows, sheets, etc. We can't provide a full 5 star rating yet, because we have not received all of the products yet. Due to COVID, our shipments have been delayed. We ordered products on 8/3/20 and it is now 9/19/20 and we have only received 1 of the mattresses. Once we've received all products and had the chance to test everything out, we will follow up with a FULL review.

We had a great experience purchasing a new bed at Urban Mattress! We visited the South Austin store and Troy Landers guided us through the available options based on our budget and preferences. Troy was knowledgeable and friendly, and didn't make us feel pressured in any way. After doing some comparison shopping, we came back to Urban Mattress to order a Highland Firm. It has been very comfortable so far and I would highly recommend the Highland Firm as well as Urban Mattress to anyone shopping for a new bed!

I love Urban Mattress! The sales person was super-helpful. The delivery team was really fast and even attached the bed to the headboard. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. And the mattress if perfect. Urban Mattress does a lot for the community and I'm always happy to give them my business.
