Shane was extremely informative and helpful while assisting me in buying my very first mattress. He answered all my questions with expert knowledge and also gave me space to just lay down, turn my brain off and let my body decide which mattress was right for me. I highly recommend go there for all your mattress needs.

I decided to go to this mattress place because of the 5 star rating. When I say they legit are 5 stars from beginning to end, they are. The woman that help us pick out our mattress was nice, straight to the point. It took a couple of weeks to get it delivered (not a problem). They text the day before to confirm. (Which I loved) when they arrived, it was 3-4 guys they got the old bed and put up the new bed in like 10min. Quick and efficient!!! We have had the bed for about 5 days now and I would say our first night sleep was amazing! So far so good. Thank you Urban mattress for your great service from beginning to end.

I can attest that I had a wonderful experience buying the mattress from this place! I am deaf and Shane was the person who I had a positive interaction with. He was patient and took off his mask while being distant so that way I could read his lips to understand better. I specifically asked for a hotel kind of mattress and he immediately pointed to the ones I should look at, not the memory foam kind. It was easy and quick without any unneccessary pressure to buy to meet the quota. One downside I had with the delivery was they forgot to bring my mattress cover that I paid for when delivering my mattress which resulted me to going back to the store and picking it up. That is minor compared to the great service I received from the company. If you are looking for a honest, patient, and trustworthy place to buy a mattress, pillows, or sheets for that matter, this is the place to check it out! Thank you, Shane!!

I got a lady named Tamara and I feel like she cares about getting me a mattress even more than I did. The mattress is uber comfortable. To be honest, even if not for the mattress, I would use urban mattress again just to talk to Tamara! She wanted me to get what I needed and what was in my price range, and she did everything she possibly could to get my mattress as soon as possible. Highly reccommend!
