I am so impressed with Urban Mattress. I was helping my son move from Ohio to Austin, Texas, as in a long three day drive. I wanted to help him out with something for his unfurnished apartment. While we were about three hours away from Austin I decided a bed would be a great start. So I started googling companies, Urban Mattress came up with a bunch of other ones and I called and spoke to a great lady (I'm sorry I lost the email with your name, but I hope you know that you were amazing) and explained what I thought I wanted for my son but she had a better idea for the small bedroom. And the price was a little less expensive too! This was on a Friday mid afternoon, and she went above any salesperson I've ever dealt with and tried her hardest to have it delivered that day. It didn't work out but she was able to have it delivered the next morning for a small delivery fee. Which was fine with me, my son only had to sleep on the floor for one night. I, myself booked a room at a beautiful hotel in downtown and had a fabulous few days all to myself. Win-Win! I would highly recommend purchasing from this outstanding company.

Best mattress shopping ever. Troy is the best!!

We love our new mattress that Tamara helped us pick out. She was knowledgeable and friendly during every step of the process, from choosing the right mattress, pad, sheets and pillows all the way to arranging for free delivery to our home which went perfectly. We love all of it and will definitely return for all of our future bedding needs.

We were greeted by Troy upon arriving in the store. He asked if he could assist and about specifics. Really we needed a reasonably priced mattress to use for a few months before making a guest bed. We wanted something firm and not too pricey. He showed us a great bamboo mattress that checked our boxes. They didn’t have the mattress in stock but it was expected to be delivered to the warehouse the next day. Since he wasn’t completely sure if it would make on to the truck (due to COVID and being only days after The Great Texas freeze of 2021), he was proactive and presented us with an alternative option. This way we wouldn’t be disappointed should our mattress not be on the truck. As luck had it, our mattress was on the truck and it’s a great mattress. Thanks again for making our mattress shopping experience great! We’re even happier we were able to support a smaller, local biz.

The sales associate was excellent, answering our questions without pressuring us. Our mattress arrived just one day after it was initially scheduled, and I am sleeping so soundly now!

The mattress was really nice. It is supportive and comfortable. The only thing I had a problem with was the pillow I bought. It just does not seem to support my neck and I get neck pains. I just need to find the right pillow. (Edit) I did the suggestion below and guess what, much better! Only question now, what to do with leftover stuffins? Maybe a mouse sized pillow! Upgraded to 5 stars! (End edit) But if a mattress is all you're after, then definitely come check this place out. No pressure sales, good selection and friendly staff.

The guys who delivered to me from Urban Mattress were super nice, and they figured out exactly what I needed! They also accommodated my schedule. I am very happy!!

This is the 3 mattress we have purchased from Urban Mattress. The personalized, zero pressure sales associates are patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Tamara was especially helpful as we originally chose a mattress that was not optimal for our various orthopedic issues. When discussing this problem, it was Tamara that suggested we try a different mattress an exchange the original one. The exchange was seamless. The young men that delivered, aided in the exchange, and setup both mattresses were very nice, strong and capable! Thanks for running such a sophisticated, but small town feel business!
