Shane and Crew at the central Austin store are the best. Great service and good people. Love my Camelia bloom bed. They used to have these adjustable organic cotton latex and kapok pillows I loved as well.

Excellent base (Rize) and mattress. I had rated the mattress before and by now I am totally used to it I do like the firmness of the mattress. I had bought a memory goa topper , but it ended up beig to soft. and mattress plus topper is just fine. The base is smooth and makes no noise. Customer service is excellent. They will take care of you.

Mr. Shane was a very energetic, knowledgable person. He went into great detail about the aspects of the mattresses. The sale was quick and the delivery date was ordered. The mattress and equipment arrived at the time we scheduled and the team did really well in setting up and explaining the frame functions.

If I could rate Urban Mattress with more than 5 stars, I would. They have the best customer service of not just a mattress store but a retail store all the way around. I highly recommend them and when we are ready for another mattress, we will be visiting Shane again.

From the moment I walked in the door until the moment the team finished delivering my mattress I experienced great customer service, attention to detail and ease. Troy was wearing a mask both times I went into the store. He gave me space and time to try out a few and he took time to answer my questions. Laid back and easy going- I was sad there was no beer on tap available to enjoy however he was great to help answer my questions. I've had the mattress for a week now and I can feel a difference for the better already. I'm not feeling as tight or achy in the mornings as I was. I've been sleeping so much better plus I'm getting much better quality of rest. I wanted to support a local business during this time- although this was more than I thought I would spend on a mattress- It has already been proven to be worth it. Delivery was a breeze, they called before they got here and had mask and gloves on. I appreciate the peace of mind of them taking my old mattress and box spring. I also recommend the side sleeper pillow. I did ask them about the donation aspect and Troy didn't give me an option- said that the owners handle that part differently now.

First, I loved Van my first experience with Urban Mattress but sent him about 3 emails to which I never got a response , then talked to a girl there who confused me and I was going to have to go back in, then I talked to Shane the owner and thought I would have had everything worked out , scheduled my delivery and no delivery came as scheduled. Talked to shannon who of course blamed it on a computer problem which thats their problem, and supposedly have the delivery rescheduled. We'll see. Hope I have better luck with my mattress

I've ordered three mattresses from Urban Mattress over the past few years, and each time, Shane and the team have been incredibly helpful, and the service impeccable. Easy shopping experience. Fast delivery. Quality products. While I doubt I will need them again for some time (the mattresses don't wear easily), whenever I do, I will once again use Urban Mattress.
