I've been working with Shane and his team for over a decade as a client and a designer. They go the extra mile and I'm grateful for their service and products.

My order was delayed 2 weeks since, somehow, my mattress 'disappeared' from the warehouse; the owner humbly apologized and compensated me for the inconvenience. When the mattress and adjustable base did arrive, all was in good order - the guys were all professional & friendly, and I am enjoying the bed. They did get it set up to be higher than I asked but, hopefully, we will get that adjusted soon.

Great service and quick delivery! Since it's been awhile, they no longer had the exact mattress we purchased from Urban Mattress before, but they helped us find a new mattress that is very similar and a perfect fit for us. Thanks!

When I came in the store, I specifically said I was looking for an organic mattress. That's not what the clerk showed me and he did not inform me that I was not purchasing an organic mattress. A mattress with "natural ingredients" is not the same as organic. I did not realized that the mattress I purchased was not organic until I was looking for a shipping update. Not very happy to pay $3500 for a mattress that is not what I was looking for.

Movers were considerate and we got good service from start to finish.

Great experience! The owner and staff was very helpful and after I bought one mattress for a spare room, I came back to get one for my own bedroom. The delivery was seamless. They let me know when they were coming and finished in minutes.
