I've bought both a bed and a mattress from UM two separate times. The staff and owner are always courteous and kind, were very helpful when I needed information and education. They were also honest about what mattresses were better quality than others. Finally, offered zero percent financing deal. Couldn't be happier.

Bought mattress and 6 months later tried to return because it left imprint where I slept but was unable. Store wanted pictures of the low spots on mattress who h were impossible to make it show up given the mattress is white on the picture. did not offer any solution and would charge to come look at it. I gave up. That was 2 yrs ago.

Waking up with stiff neck and aching legs

bought a king size mattress / box spring set. It caved in couple of years. When we asked what can be done, they said they longer have a contract / relationship with that manufacturer, I will have to contact them directly and sort it out. I tried that route without success, discarded that set an ended up buying another set from elsewhere.

Enjoyed working with Urban Mattress but the mattress we got doesn’t live up to it’s hype ( or price).
