We were scheduled to receive a bed on this Friday and had both rearranged our work schedules and sent the dogs to daycare so that they wouldn't be in the way. Unfortunately the bed was not ready and we were told approximately 2 hours before our scheduled delivery time that we would need to choose another delivery date entirely. We've shopped with this business many times before, and have always had a 5 star experience, but I believe we should have been told much earlier about the delivery, at least the day before so we could have eliminated taking our dogs to daycare for an unnecessary visit. I'm sure the delivery next week will go perfectly, but this was a bit of an inconvenience.

Urban Mattress was great!! I was moving my mom into assisted living under some very trying circumstances. I called Urban Mattress asking for a mattress delivered the next day! They helped me out, worked with my moms preferences and ended up getting us a reasonable deal, under budget and delivered right when we needed it! My mom loves it! And she spends a great deal of time in bed these days so she should know! I really appreciate them making a difficult time much easier.
