I’ve primarily worked with Shannon and James (north and south location) but every single interaction they’ve gone out of their way to accommodate and provide high quality products with even better service!

We bought an Uptown mattress and it is hands-down the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on! But what really sets these guys apart is the service. When there was a problem getting the mattress delivered on time, James, our sales person, personally grabbed a truck and a buddy and brought it over himself! We were blown away by the mattress and the follow up care. Everyone we worked with was fantastic, and the buying process was easy and stress-free. Great all the way around!

I had never slept on a “high end” mattress before. Always just a mattress from one of the common big boxes. Wow, there is a difference in a big way. Urban Mattress mattresses are a whole other thing. I wish I’d gotten my mattress education a long time ago.

I was amazed at his ability to narrow down the best fit for me. Urban Mattress was the first place I looked for a new mattress; I made myself shop around, but honestly, I was ready to buy that day.
