It was a great decision to shop at Urban Mattress. I have had my new bed since April 2021 and I love it. With my old mattress I tossed and turned all night and woke up with a terrible back ache every morning. All of those problems are in the past. I sleep comfortably all night and I wake up with no back pain whatsoever. I could not be happier and I highly recommend Urban Mattress. They may be pricey, but getting restful sleep and not waking up in pain is worth every penny.

Needed to buy a new mattress, as my (way too) expensive Tempur-Pedic mattress had turned into a sinkhole in just 5.5 years. First went to Mattress Firm (first on Google) and talked to their sales guy, Ted. Normal experience, I asked questions and he would read the product card on top of the bed and answer "Umm...this one has triple layers" or something. Tried all the beds at Mattress Firm and then semi-settled on some random Sealy model. Thought I'd check the internet and went on Reddit. Found r/mattress and read just the FAQ which opened my eyes. Literally all of the sales tactics were explained, the "S-brand" (Sealy, Serta, Stearns & Foster" etc. gimmicks and quality. Then I called Urban Mattress and the sales associate was named Van. I asked if they had the Sealy model I took a picture of and he explained they don't carry Sealy and walked me through their business model. He was super friendly on the phone and I arrived at Urban Mattress within 10 minutes. He was able to answer every question off the top of his head with high accuracy and confidence. No marketing nonsense, no trying to upsell, no scare tactics, he helped me find the bed I want, ordered it and walked me through the process. Only reason its not 5 stars is that their inventory system was messed up and said they had my mattress in stock when it wasn't. So even though i followed up multiple times, the day of delivery the system said my mattress was in the warehouse but there was no mattress for me :( This still doesn't deter me from considering them in the future hopefully they fix their inventory system.

We had new bedroom furniture finally arriving after a long wait. We went in to Urban Mattress because we heard from friends it was the best mattress. We ordered in late June and did have a bit of a wait, so they offered a loaner mattress due to our situation. We got our actual mattress yesterday and it is amazing. So comfortable, so cool - i find I am sleeping in a bit more these days.

I was very pleased how friendly and knowledgeable Van and James were. They took time to explain the product and show me the best way to choose the right mattress for me. I would definitely recommend Urban Mattress to other customers!

He also helped us find a great platform bed that we have been searching for. They carry Urban Woods reclaimed wood frames that are very nice. Thanks again! .

We have exclusively bought our mattresses from Urban Mattress for a long time. After shopping around at other places, the no pressure sales, highly informative sales staff, relaxed atmosphere, oh, and supremely comfortable mattresses keep us coming back.

Shane was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the beds in his store. We tried out several ones and finally decided on the one we liked best. It hasn't been delivered yet so I cannot give you a review about it. Shane was a no pressure sales person and I truly appreciated that.

Love my adjustable bed and mattress. My back feels much better and I love being able to adjust the head and foot of the bed to my comfort level.

Great company providing high quality mattresses. Shannon, the sales person, was really helpful and wasn't very pushy about selling us a mattress. We came and tried out some mattresses one day and then came back another day to actually buy one and throughout the whole process we felt respected, heard, and informed. I would definitely buy more mattresses from Urban Mattress in the future.

Great customer service and products

Salesperson was helpful, but forgot to mention that we needed box springs for the new mattresses (we realized this when the new mattresses were delivered). He apologized and added the order and the delivery persons made a second trip within days. Everyone was very friendly and professional. We are very pleased with the products and we think the price was fair.
