Went in to inquire about new mattress. Tamara answered all of our questions. Asked us a lot of questions so she could recommend the best option for us. Listened to our concerns and didn't try to "upsell" us. Will be going back when we've made our decision. Love the side sleeper pillow.
The mattress I bought about a year ago has been great. My last visit several weeks ago was to buy some pillow cases for the pillows I also received at the same time as the mattress. There were no pillow cases in stock for the side sleeper pillows so I had to order them. It's been two weeks and they have not been received to date, nor has there been any shipping status. I was taken aback by the cost of one pillow case, but was told they were "organic". In summary, they were not in stock in the store, I have received no updates as to shipping status, and they are too expensive.
I researched mattresses for months and decided to buy one online, but having heard good things about Urban Mattress, I stopped in one day to see what they had. An hour later, I walked out having purchased not just a mattress, but a foundation, pillows, and mattress cover. No sales pressure; a relaxing experience with very knowledgable staff. Shane and Shannon were delightful, delivery was within the promised time frame, and most importantly, I have slept like a baby from the very first night. I love my Urban Mattress.
The crew Shane sent was absolutely the most courteous dilivery guys I have ever had diliver anything. Went above and beyond in moving a very huge and cumbersome bed frame and installed the new one. They made Urban Mattress shine!

The service and attention I received from the folks at Urban Mattress was superb. I am very happy with my Temperpedic mattress and my whole bed. It has done wonders for my back as well.
Shane is an excellent host. He greeted us with great energy and helped us narrow down our mattress options according to our needs and budget with the much enthusiasm.
We are enjoying our new mattress and the power mechanism to adjust it's height. Unfortunately we had several problems with delivery. The first time our mattress was not in the warehouse. To their credit they apologized and gave us a set of sheets for the error. The second time our mattress was delivered to someone else and this time they dropped the delivery charge. The third time the crew came in removed the old mattress, installed the new one in a few minutes, demonstrated how to use it and were gone. To be fair I think our delivery problems were covid related in that normal shipment and delivery were not normal. Urban mattress did their best to make it right and I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.
That was the most amazing mattress buying experience I’ve ever had. Shane was incredibly knowledgeable about finding the best mattress for me - this was a unique and educational experience. I highly recommend this place.

These people have ads saying they are "Austin Natural Mattress". They are not. They are imitators. And are being sued.

The first mattress i chose was too soft. The replacement will be delivered this week and is 2 levels firmer. I will review it of course. I gave Urban 5 stars this time because THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN A# and I expect my more firm mattress will be the ideal choice for me.

I’ve done business with his team for over a decade; it has been a pleasure and I’ve referred others who are shopping for bedding that does not off-gas and is eco friendly. They are especially good at partnering with customers in the decision process, but not pressuring. They are great on delivery and exchanges to help get the best fit.
