James was incredibly helpful and really cared about the differences in my and my partner's mattress firmness preferences and sleeping styles. The pillows he recommended are fantastic and I'm sure the mattress will be as well. He even offered to give his two cents on bed frames if we needed help, even though we would be buying it elsewhere. I'm so glad I listened to all the positive reviews and came to Urban Mattress instead of a soulless chain.

We love Urban Mattress! We had purchased out first foam mattress here 10 years ago and immediately agreed that it was one of the best investments ever. When the time came for us to purchase a replacement, we did not hesitate to go with this store again. The owner and staff are so nice and friendly. They let us take all the time we needed to try out the different versions they have on the floor and make up our minds. I spent quite some time in the store in trying to figure out which one to go with. I honestly felt no pressure from the owner and staff. They are super friendly and probably realize their relaxed attitudes and products speak for themselves. The purchase we made may have been on the pricier side, but really, you can't put a price tag on a good night's rest.

Shannon was very welcoming on our first visit to Urban Mattress--easy and fun to chat with; there was no pressure to buy now. We had a chance to think about what we wanted in a mattress, and to come back and try the choices again. I came back later to make the purchase and met Shane. Very easy to do business with Urban Mattress. The delivery and installation crew were polite and thoughtful (and arrived at the door with masks on--thank you). We got the mattress and the adjustable bedframe in two separate deliveries. All fast and easy. AND the Bloom Mattress is very comfortable. We're sleeping well. We're happy we made this purchase.

Service was seamless and efficient. They came in on-time, moved my old bed out, assembled the base and moved the mattress in. Would highly recommend.

I love my mattress! Delivery was simple and easy, I got a great deal on my mattress, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly but not overbearing. It's also so so so comfy!

I have written a review about the great customer service but need to add something. I have a chronic back and neck issue. The “U” or wedge shaped pillows they have are wonderful. I’m not sure the name of it. I take mine everywhere. You can remove the stuffing to fit your needs. It’s been a huge relief. Can’t sleep without it. Just ask. They know their stuff whether it’s mattresses or pillows. Love this place.

3 stars are for the mattress. I’m not really happy with it. It’s not as soft as I would have liked but it was in my budget so. It not one of their higher end mattress so I wish I’d spent more money for a better mattress. Customer service, the sheets, pillow amazing!

James was excellent at describing the different types of mattresses and asking me questions about what I needed in a mattress. He listened and showed me only mattresses that fit my needs. He was the only sales person in the store but easily handled other customers and kept them engaged in trying out mattresses and answering everyone’s questions. He returns texts and phone calls and backs up his service to customers.

I can’t say enough about the customer service I received from Urban Mattress. Even though my bed was several weeks late getting here James my amazing salesperson made good on everything with extra goodies to make up for it but my bed when it did get here is soooo comfortable. James was spot on helping me to decide and we definitely made the right choice. Thanks so much and I would recommend them any time to my friends!!!
