Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable staff who help steer you in the right direction after learning your wants, desires, must haves and must sleep withouts. Zero pressure to purchase. Family owned and it shows in the care and concern from owner, Shane, who had to step in with a loaner when my mattress was held up in.....wait for it......shipping :-) He even threw in a little gift for the inconvenience that he had no control over. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for a mattress!!

We love our new mattress! We had purchased our old mattress, a queen, from Urban Mattress about ten years ago and when it came time to upgrade to a king, we chose UM again. Shannon was extremely friendly and helpful and we chose an Urban Mattress branded mattress as our replacement. The mattress arrived a few days ago and it's wonderful! Thank you again.

We had already sent one mattress to the dump and another returned before the trial period expired, when we found Urban mattress. Our sales associate was great, listening to what we felt we needed in a mattress and educating us about the different mattresses that would fit our needs. It took a little while for the mattress to get to Austin, but it arrived as promised and we could not be more pleased. We have had it about three months and we love it. We would definitely recommend Urban Mattress, not only do they have a wide selection of mattresses, but they really work with you to be sure that you are getting a mattress you will love.

Thank you for an excellent mattress-buying experience. My boyfriend had slept on a cheap, thin mat for years, and I didn’t think I could ever convert him to sleeping on a mattress. He was ideologically against it. However, when he was having some back pain, I brought him home a floor model from Urban Mattress, and he absolutely loves it. I do too. This confirmed my already positive experience buying my own mattress five years ago from Urban Mattress. That mattress still feels like new. Thank you. I hope to be your customer for a long time. If I ever move back to the East Coast, I’ll look for your store there.

It was not made clear to me at the time of purchase that mattress was not a available and would take some time before delivery. As it turned out it took over 8 weeks. Know that they were having trouble with raw materials for manufacture. That being said the Urban people were very nice and guess they did their best!

Had exactly the mattress we wanted at an excellent price. We are glad we decided to upscale to a much better ViSpring mattress. In the long run, the additional comfort and quality are worth the initial investment. Urban Mattress is working closely with us for delivery, and the purchase communications was excellent.
