While the mattresses we chose were not inexpensive, they are fantastic! Did not realize just how poorly we were sleeping on our previous mattresses. Our Urban Mattress purchases were worth the investment.

I was in desperate need of a good mattress after trying several of the bed in a box and then buying a cheap one because I just needed something to sleep on. The cheap one began breaking down after a month and so I decided to try to find a local mattress company since I has not impressed with the large chains. I found Urban Mattress and Van was so helpful. First and foremost, he made me feel heard. I had unique back and leg issues as I was a double leg amputee that needed a good balance of firm and soft to support my back and allow my legs to sink in to the mattress so they would not get hyper extended from it being too firm. The first mattress he showed me was like sleeping on a cloud. Of course, he urged me to try many in the store which I did, but i kept going back to the first mattress so that is the one I ended up buying. It took about a month to get it delivered due to the COVID related supply issues, so not urban mattresses fault. It was worth the wait. I have been sleeping on the mattress for a little over a month now and while at first I did have some back pain, I knew that can take up to a month or more to adjust to a new mattress. So, I wanted to give it a full 30 days before leaving a review. The mattress is still looking good and not sagging at all, however the pillow top portion does "bubble up" but it is something easily remedied if I pull the pillow top over on one side and it flattens it back out. Not a big deal - just a little gripe. The mattress is sleeping so good. I sleep through the night and I do very little tossing and turning, it has been wonderful. The mattress sleeps cool and it was the Acadia pillow-top so it was a hybrid design which generally sleep cooler anyway. The pillow-top foam is a cool sleep as well - it doesn't get hot on top which is good as I am generally a warm/hot sleeper. I want to thank Van so much for helping me find a better sleep. I would highly recommend Urban Mattress and their service. They will listen to your concerns and what you are looking for and they will never try to up sell you on a mattress just to get you to buy the higher priced mattress. They really want you to find the perfect fit for you and your needs. They will take the time to answer all your questions and I never felt rushed out of the store. Urban Mattress offers excellent options, and the service was excellent as well. Coming into the showroom, James asked us several questions and then had us try various mattresses. By a "process of elimination," we were able to find the bed best suited to our sleep behavior. It took a few weeks to receive our new mattress and frames, but the delivery service was just as fantastic as the buying experience. The team of three was in and out of our house quickly. Showed us how to use the adjustable frame remotes and ensured there wasn't any packaging left behind. It's been about a month sleeping on the new mattress and frame, and we love it. Comfortable, rested, and ready to take on the day. Urban Mattress has to be a consideration. There's no end to the options out there today. But, Urban Mattress provides a quality product at a very competitive price based on our research and experience. Go check them out.
