Calm and informative shopping experience. Mattress delivered on time, bed was assembled quickly, friendly crew. Most importantly- the mattress is by far the most comfortable we’ve tried. It’s much harder to wake up now :) Disclaimer: only had it for two weeks now.
I have been shopping for a new mattress since late January, and finally found my way to Urban Mattress. Upon arriving we were greeted by Shane. He was knowledgeable, very professional, and helpful. Urban Mattress has great products, a varied selection in all price ranges. If you are looking for a new mattress, you owe it to yourself to check out their products. I'm very glad that I did!!

Decision took about 10 minutes. Went in looking for a specific mattress, Twin XL spring with pillow top. They had exactly what I wanted, and I got half price floor model. Got some nice sheets, too. Sales guy was very nice and easy to work with. Mattress is super comfortable. I love it. My truck was in the shop, so they delivered for free. Will shop there again.

Our experience with Urban Mattress was amazing! Eric was so helpful and so knowledgeable about the different mattresses. He made our decision easy! Customer service is excellent! We had a little problem with the adjustable base and they came right out to fix it. When they couldn't fix it, they replaced it. We will definitely go back when it's time for a new mattress! Shane was very helpful when we came in. Low pressure sale - just explained the differences in the main beds offered. We talked through pros and cons associated with different price points. We left and followed back up a few days later to buy a bed. Excellent experience and 3 months later we are extremely happy with our purchase.
Because I did not receive the correct foundation when my delivery arrived, I was surprised that no one informed me beforehand. I would have gladly waited until the correct piece was available for delivery. Now I will have to wait another two weeks. I would have been happy to have received a phone call about the matter.
