Great mattress, reliable and friendly staff.

Bought my first tempurpedic mattress a couple years back and I worked with Shane again to get a second one in the house. I was able to get all the info I needed and even made my purchase over the phone. Delivery was easy and timely.

we are very conservative an try to watch our spending. After 24 years we decided to buy a new home an buy a more comfortable bedroom set. We did a lot of shopping around an a lot of research. We were very pleased with the help that we received at the Urban Mattress store. We visited them several times an they were very patient with us an answered all our questions. Awesome quality mattress. Specs on their urban is insane. They use hr foam and quality components unlike big box mattresses and mail order mattresses. Shane and James see great guys. Very honest and incredibly knowledgeable about mattresses and industry. Would recommend over any mattress store.

Shane was very helpful and professional. I was buying the mattress for my 20-something son and Shane did not try to upsell me. My son says that the mattress is comfortable and the adjustable base makes for great sleeping. I recommend Urban Mattress.

Positive experience in the store, professional and efficient delivery crew, nice new mattress. The only reason I took off a star is my original delivery was cancelled after I mentioned I'd tested positive for COVID (a reasonable decision, I'll admit). I was going to follow up with a suggestion to wear masks and I would stay outside the house during installation, but I didn't even get a chance to pitch that. They hurriedly said "we'll have to reschedule" and immediately hung up. It felt abrupt, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
