Always a great experience with Urban Mattress! There are some things in life you should spend a little more money on and a mattress is one of them. That said, the prices are reasonable and the quality is superb. Never loved a mattress before I purchased one of theirs! Shannon was a great help and very patient with my finnicky indecisiveness. So excited for my delivery tomorrow!

Detailed review: My wife and I made an investment in a bed earlier this year with Urban Mattress. The sales experience was informative, and our salesperson was very knowledgable about the product as well as polite. He, and each of the other team members at Urban Mattress, made us feel as though we were being guided through the process of selecting a bed (rather than being sold into something that was not right for us like many other stores do). Supply chains were still disrupted, and our order required several months to arrive. During that time, we felt that we were well cared for and kept informed. We appreciated this very much. When the day came for delivery, there were some challenges on the manufacturer side that impacted our order. When I contacted the store, my issues were addressed immediately. Supply chain issues still being challenging we had to wait until today for final resolution of the issue. During that time, Shane and his team ensured that we were comfortably sleeping in the closest thing to what we had ordered, and he and the team ensured that our delivery was correct. Sometimes when you buy stuff, things happen and the purchase doesn't go exactly as planned. How that is handled is what makes the difference. Urban Mattress sold us a great product. When issues arose, the addressed all of our issues to our satisfaction. They were friendly and considerate to us as well. We **will** buy from them again.

The guys at Urban Mattress were a total sleep saver. A little backstory... I was out of town for a week and left my bedroom door open. My roommates cat decided to use my bed as a litter box. In the week, cat pee seeped through the subpar mattress protector and ruined the mattress. I got home on a Sunday at noon when I realized the problem. I had recently purchased a mattress for my son from UM and had a really good experience. So I immediately Urban Mattress to see if I could get a new mattress quickly. Unfortunately, the only mattress they had for my needs was at their warehouse up north and since it was Sunday, nobody was there. But no fear, these guys met me there at 5:30pm, on a Sunday, to make sure that I had a new mattress to sleep on that evening. Super amazing customer service. Very grateful. Thanks Urban Mattress.

Another wonderful experience with Urban Mattress! The salesperson was so helpful, patient, and kind. Everything about this experience was above and beyond. The customer service was so outstanding the mattresses could have been subpar and I would still rave. But the two mattresses we got are the most comfortable we’ve ever had. Can not recommend Shane and Urban Mattress enough.

James treated us right! Came out to our home to fix a squeak in the frame and saw my bamboo sheets did not hold their color. Within a week he had mailed a new set to replace my sheets. Great customer service!!! I would recommend doing business with Urban Mattress!

Store is in a good location. excellent service. James is very helpful in helping me choose the mattresses and he is very efficient as well. The best thing is that they provide temporary mattresses for you to use before they deliver the new mattresses to you. A very good gesture to those who still love traditional in-store shopping. Stuart and Shannon have gone above and beyond. Stuart was the face in store and throughly explained each mattress and and helped us decide what we would be happiest with. Shannon helped us over the phone complete our purchase. Would refer Urban Mattress in the future, especially the Cedar Park location.
