You did not have the bed frame for one of the beds delivered, which is fine. Things happen. However, it has been a week and there has been no follow up on having the missing bedframe delivered and set up. I really should not have to chase you to fix a problem.

After working with an online mattress company which did not provide me with good sleep, I went to Urban Mattress and worked with Shane. He was very helpful, provided useful information and made excellent recommendations for my particular sleep pattern and support needs. The men who delivered the mattress were most helpful and made sure that everything was as promised before leaving. They helped me adjust my adjustable foundation so that my ability to get in and out of bed was easy to do, which was not with my previous mattress. They even put my sheets back on the new mattress and helped to remove the previous mattress for a charity donation. Everyone from Shane to delivery men were excellent and had wonderful communication skills. They have been such a blessing and the mattress is everything I expected it to be.

Shannon helped me pick out the best mattress for my Mom and her needs. He also helped me get the right kind of pillow for a side sleeper and she said her neck doesn’t hurt anymore. She’s so grateful for her new bed. Best sleep she’s had in a long time. The delivery guys were very nice and removed her old mattress, and let her friend put the bedskirt on her new box springs before they put the mattress on. Thank you Shannon and Urban Mattress for taking such great care of my Mom! She really appreciates all you did. ;)

We tried to simply order it without first trying it out in the showroom, but were encouraged by Shane and his team to come in and make sure the mattress was to our liking. After many years of backaches from an outdated mattress (had it probably 20 years), I decided to google around for mattress stores. Most were far north or south so I went over to Urban Mattress in Central Austin, not planning to buy but to see what all the different kinds of mattresses are about. Shane and Shannon (the manager) gave me a great education, so much so, I bought a mattress while there. It was delivered within the week. I can't believe what a difference it makes to my health. I honestly can't wait to go to bed at night. The minute I lie down, I am reminded how grateful I am for the service and the product I received. I would recommend them highly. (I don't remember the exact date so just picked one in Sept)

We had a great experience at Urban Mattress. Stuart was really helpful and answered all of our questions. He also gave us space to try the various mattresses and see which one would work best for us.
