Hassle free from start to delivery, plenty of communication. Would recommend this product to everybody.
A hassle free process from start to finish, including a telephone call to clarify if I could add to my order, before the day was over. I didn't add to the order but I received updates, from placing the order up until 10 minutes before delivery, when I was contacted by the driver. The items were delivered with great care and now I have a beautiful wall bed which I am showing off to my family, friends and neighbours, who are now very interested in the concept. I have slept in the bed and found it very comfortable and I am so pleased with the extra space that I now have with the bed closed during the day.
Ordered the Maja wardrobe and delivery was within the week. Delivery was great and they keep you updated on times etc. Wardrobe was fairly easy to install but really annoying that we were missing a set of 16 screws so had to go out and buy from screwfix half way through. Think someone else posted a similar issue of screws missing. Wardrobes look really good and quality is sturdy.
Quick delivery, great items
Bought the Nova Chest of Drawers back in May, had to wait 3 WEEKS for it to be delivered and it finally came, oh boy. The drawers are all over the place they don’t fit well their own fittings, once you close one another one opens, it’s only been 4 months and is already bending in the middle!!! Shocking we started to noticed the drawers sinking in the middle and bear in mind is only holding T-shirts and not even a lot of them because each drawer is also tiny so you can barely fit around 10 top 12 in them. I wish I would have noticed more this when purchasing, however, DEFINITELY not worth £340 not at chance the quality is not close to be worth that. We’re now stuck with the drawers for a while because of course we paid a lot but definitely not worth the money. Also, makes me wonder if this is just a cheap made from this other place Arhaus, google it, that actually looks more legitimate and you can see real reviews on their products, unlike Arthaus site which has not even published my review on the product. Funny how we find the other one by mistake when trying to find this site and now I wish I would have find it earlier and not bought from here.
My partner started assembly straight after receiving it when I was away. The colour was way too dark for what I was expecting. When I pointed it to customer service they made a mockery blaming my camera and monitor settings. When I provided an image of other oak vs their "oak" which had significant contrast I was told that all shades of oak are different. When you order an oak and get almost a chestnut- that's okay? Finally, they offered if I send it back and pay for delivery they will refund me a 40% of wardrobe. A joke. The wardrobe itself is not terrible and I ordered from them before which I enjoy and like but the customer service made it much worse. 3* for the wardrobe, 1* for customer service
What a fabulous experience! Delivery updates absolutely spot on and the guys checked the mirror before leaving. In the process of building it now and Wardrobe quality and fixings is excellent - worth every penny. Will be coming back for more when I start the next bedroom!!
I am happy my wife likes the wardrobe, it's very lovely to be honest, the delivery guys were kind and professional, also I had to call to customer service to request installation instructions as I couldn't find the one that came with my order(my bad, I later found the booklet attached to my order, I didn't search well), the customer care agent was good and patient with me also
Kept fully updated on despatch & delivery, delivery personnel exceptional. The gentleman I got to put together said he had never come across such high standard of product, instructions clear & precise & fixing top quality. I could not be happier with the wardrobe, 4 drawers & inner draws for wardrobe. Well worth the purchase price.
Spent over £800 on one of the wall beds and has been impossible & unsafe in many areas. The parts aren't labelled & don't correspond with the instructions, the video I was sent was for the horizontal bed not the vertical & even that was as much use as a chocolate teapot. many of the pre-drilled holes were almost 2inches out, some had been drilled the wrong way around, the spring covers don't fit over the springs, the plastic feet for the bottom snapped around the screws so couldn't be fitted AND the sheer weight of it, before securing to a wall the bed was tested, the power of those springs? was going to pull the entire unit over and with it being so heavy is extremely dangerous especially as i have children in the home. I've emailed & yet to wait for a response but after reading some of these reviews I'm not holding out much hope! It doesn't surprise me that they only allow positive reviews on their products.
This is not the first time I have ordered from this company. I am satisfied with the quality of the furniture.

This wardrobe was at an excellent price and the online details were accurate. There was a time gap between placing the order and finding out the delivery day, but I assume that the warehouse maybe works on different software? Anyway, I was able to leave a message about the day we couldn’t make it, and the delivery information after that was accurate. Delivery was on time and the driver checked the mirrored door before leaving. Construction took us a while, but the quality of the wardrobe is good, and it’s already filled with clothes!

Wardrobe for £680 terribly made, cheap cardboard worth £100. Do not recommend to anyone.
Service and delivery were all good, but the assembly instructions for the wardrobe were not correct. We have a brilliant handyman we use to put together anything a bit more complicated and he has done really difficult things for us quickly and well on multiple occasions. He said parts of the instructions were clearly for another wardrobe, so he had to figure out much of it himself.
The furniture quality is brilliant, strong, sturdy and well put together. Delivery speed was great and communication from the company via emails and text messages for delivery updates was fantastic. Delivery guys were also good and friendly and promptly on time. My bed was missing 4x bolts, and I contacted Arthauss via email. Hubert on the emails was great, very helpful and sorted the issue straight away and had the bolts posted with a delivery tracking number, almost straight away, very fast response. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and give Hubert a bonus! Thanks
Good value for money furniture overall we are pleased with our purchase and delivery was great and communication was spot on assembly of the wardrobe did take some time and the instructions could have been a bit clearer and we did have a couple of fixings missing but lucky enough we had some here
We wanted a nice big stylish wardrobe with mirrors found this style online and we thought why not ?! Couldnt be happier the wardrobe is lovely great quality and delivery was very easy and couriers were very polite and advised us on the safety of the mirrors etc we will recommend to all
I don’t usually bother with reviews but I had to for Arthauss. I bought a wardrobe and a chest of drawers and I am very happy with both. Had to contact costumer service before placing the order to clarify some questions and after to request for a replacement of a small part and they were amazing: friendly, knowledgeable , helpful and, best of all, fast.
