Generally I'm happy with wardrobe but assembling was so difficult

I've ordered two wardrobes and very pleased with them both. Also recommended to a friend and she ordered, as well happy with her purchase. Quality is brilliant, lovely designs 💯 🔝

I can’t rate Arthauss enough. The furniture is absolutely stunning and the customer service second to none. They went out of their way to help me, speedy delivery and great communication. I can’t recommend them enough.

From start to finish this company was fantastic the customer service I received from the point of order until delivery was absolutely brilliant.

Very easy to order, with a great saving. Delivery arrangements precise and it came exactly as arranged. But most importantly the wardrobe is fabulous and just what we needed. Thank you.

I originally ordered a large glass fronted wardrobe from this company which was my first order with them. There was initially a delay on the delivery date of the wardrobe but I was informed of this prior so was happy to wait. Upon arriving unfortunately one of the doors of the wardrobe was broken inside the box. I emailed customer services and was delt with very quickly by Paulia and Hubert both of whom were fantastic at sorting everything out and getting a replacement door to me. Wardrobe looks great now it's assembled , really happy with it Would definitely buy from them again A+++

Customer communication and delivery scheduling were great. Very good price for product. On the slightly negative side it did take more time than expected for even two joiners to assemble - the problem was a design fault with the back of the wardrobe which meant this stage in assembly was 'challenging'. When this was sorted the finished product is lovely looking and I'm very happy with it over all!

Love the wardrobe looks fabulous nice wide shelves.They were delivered on time and were well packed delivery men did an excellent job. makes my bedroom look bigger took 7 hours to fit not 3 as started. It was made more difficult to fit as there wasn't a lot of space to move in the room with the bed in the way.i think you need an empty room so that you can lay every thing out. We have yet to build the drawers that fit inside.

Ordered a wall bed. Delayed delivery. Error in manual sent with the goods. wrong screws. Short on some other screws. No plastic cover for screw heads. Extremely poor customer support.

Lovely wardrobes. Very sturdy. Kept up to date with delivery times etc. Delivery men were very courteous.

Bought a BC01 double sized murphy bed with lights. Firstly the order and delivery was seemless - no issues. The build was complex, took 2 people about 9-10 hours to build. Probably the most difficult thing I've ever built! Yhw finished product is great. Very impressed with the metal frame, the air springs are so powerful the weight of the bed and mattress and bedding can be opened and closed with very little effort. Very happy with the end result!

We purchased a TV unit from Arthauss and I would recommend for anyone to stay clear of this company due to terrible customer service and selling faulty products, which they do not return for a full refund! The tv unit was sent with the wrong instruction manual and was missing some parts, which we discovered during assembley. They insisted that the manufacturer sent all of the parts and they sent us a digital instructions manual. We paid a lot of money for someone to assemble it and again they confirmed it was missing parts. We asked to return it on several occasions and now they are claiming that they will not grant a full refund, even thought the product is missing pieces to complete. Stay away from this company at any cost!!!

Just bought a bedroom set from Arthauss Furniture and I could not be happier with. Excellent design and built quality for the price accompanied with outstanding costumer service and delivery. Highly, highly recommended!!! Well deserved 5 starts in every aspect of the service.

Would recommend Arthauss to everyone and will certainly be purchasing again. Navigating the site was easy, everything signposted, straight forward checkout but most importantly for me was the communication. Informed on a daily basis re the progress of my order, date of delivery, 2 hour time slot etc. Item arrived within the stated 2 hours, beautifully packaged, friendly delivery driver. Ordered a floating tv unit which is so nice, looks way more expensive than it was and straight forward instructions and guide for putting it together. Have received so many compliments from visitors to our home, more than delighted with our whole experience with Arthauss, thank you so much.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish… the quality of the furniture is fantastic… would absolutely recommend….

The whole process from ordering to delivery was seamless. Lots of communication and details about the delivery, which arrived quickly and on time. 9 boxes in total with the bed, mattress, headboard and lights. All very well packaged with wood slats protection the outside edges, very impressed. The bed is very well made and seems good quality with solid components. I did watch the online video, which was very helpful and listened to reviews which said about reading the instructions first. Each of the bags with nuts bolts and screws is numbered, detailing the instructions that they are used for. If there are any left over from each section, you have gone wrong 😊. Don't underestimate how long this bed takes to put together and attach to the wall correctly. It took us 9 hours from start to finish. Something to be mindful of is that it needs to go on an outside wall using the appropriate fixings, it can't go on a partitioned plasterboard wall. All in all a great product and I would recommend.

Goods arrived un damaged and well packed. Comprehensive assembly instructions. Would benefit by recommending fixings for each type of wall.
