We bought two cabin beds from Arthauss 8 years ago and they have been superb quality...but that is not why I'm leaving a review... We recently dismantled one of them to have new carpet fitted and were unable to work out how to re-build. On the off chance I emailed Arthauss at 8.12pm tonight to see if they could help and amazingly just one hour later Hubert emailed back with a copy of the assembly instructions attached!!! Now that is 5 star service. Thank you Hubert and Arthauss

Just had another fantastic experience with this company. After purchasing a wardrobe a few years ago now. One of the handles broke and I contacted them for a replacement. Had responses immediately back from Hubert. Who arranged for a replacement to be sent. Very fast and efficient, great customer service.

Beautiful furniture but wouldn’t recommend the delivery drivers, wouldn’t take the furniture around to the back door because that was too far so they just dumped it in the living room. They also made me aware they only had 5 minutes to each delivery. I wouldn’t mind but when you’re spending so much on an item of furniture you think they would be more helpful.

Excellent, well made product - BC-12 Wallbed - and easy to open and close. Very comfortable bed. Office staff very helpful and responsive, delivery staff very cheerful and competent.

Purchased 2 wardrobes decent they are They really heavy Delivery drivers were great Fault one wardrobe doors faulty and c can see they still painted or sprayed over the fault 2nd wardrobe the chipboard and laminate covery has come away I got the blame for the 2nd faults but they said would send free of charge eh? And the doors they couldn’t blame me obv Chew on to get replacements I wouldn’t order if don’t live in London I am not happy as faults are there’s and paid in full yet I have to wait till they in area , I bought these 6 weeks ago and still waiting on replacements Giving them a week then trading standards

Excellent solid wall bed, a real step up from Ikea flat packs. Thanks to Karolina and Hubert at Arthauss for their really excellent customer service, they were quick to respond, kept me informed of deliveries and provided all the information I needed. I'm 71 years old with limited DIY skills but with the help of the video and instructions provided managed to assemble this wall bed without any issues, all the parts (of which there are many) where included, I took my time and really enjoyed the experience. The wall bed itself is solid of good quality and the hydraulics work beautifully. I would definitely buy from Arthauss again.

Long shipping time & poor quality tv unit.

Appalling. Pieces missing, confusing instructions, horrific manufacturing, and overall lazy. 1100 pounds and they can’t even be bothered to put hinges on? absolutely disgusting. Took two people and a week to put this up. Nothing is numbered yet it refers to numbers, instructions make no sense. Would never buy from this company again, and i suggest no one else does either.

The experience we had was first class. We had a query so called the helpline before we ordered and the customer service representative was very helpful. We were notified of the time frame for the delivery then the day before we were given a 20 minute window. We asked for the driver to call us when nearby and he called 10 mins before he arrived, was very courteous and careful when bringing the boxes into the house. The wardrobe was well packaged and now we have it assembled we are extremely happy. Great value for money and excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend this company.

We ordered the bed, mattress and headboard. All are very good quality. The bed takes a few days to assemble but the instructions are quite clear. There are several online videos, some in Polish. They can be accessed from the QR code, recommend viewing them first. There were a couple of issues with the shipped items but Arthauss quickly resolved them, including sending a replacement headboard for free. HIghly recommend both the company and the products. Note: If you are installing the headboard make sure the label is on the correct side as indicated in the manual. It has a hinge inside which only bends in one direction.

I ordered a lovely set of bedroom drawers from this company. The company were very quick at responding to any queries I had and the delivery time was not too long. The item arrived very well packed by a courteous deliver driver at the exact time that it was due. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of the item too
