BC-03 Vertical Wall Bed Single I ordered this bed for my sons room to help space. Firstly I would like you say thank you to Arthauss. From the time of the order up until delivery I was kept upto date and given precise times for my delivery. Upon receiving the bed I began the build and as I came to the final panel I found I was a few fixings short. Upon contacting Arthauss I received a message back within 10 minutes and the replacement parts where in the post and with me the following day. Great customer service, Thank you Paulina. The Bed itself I am really impressed with, especially the quality of this product. It takes some time to build. I think I was done within 7 hours. The manual for the build is massive and the step by step guide is a must. For someone who does plenty of DIY and home builds you shouldn't have a problem, however is your someone who doesn't have much experience doing these projects either get someone in or have someone to help you build this. Don't forget you will need to drill into you wall in order to fix this bed to the wall which is required for this bed to work safely. This build is possible with just one person and I was able to complete this without any assistance. This is helped by the fact the product is moved into place before any of the heavier parts are attached so no need to have two people to lift. However if needed have a second person as this will help. Overall I would definitely order this product or similar products again and if I did I would defiantly order from Arthauss as their prices, and customer service was spot on. Thank You.

Very Poor instructions good delivery and customer service . Good product

We got a gorgeous bed from Arthauss recently, and honestly could not be more pleased. Really really excellent. Two small points to consider: the instructions are not the best - my poor husband took around 6.5 hours to build the bed together with my dad, and they're both good DIYers. Just bear that in mind, but don't let it deter you as the bed is really excellent, and everything looks amazing - we'd 100% buy it all again. Also, do let this set air out a couple of days. I'm currently pregnant with twins, and queried Arthauss about the slight chemical smell, and they promptly responded with tests and documentation as well as advice - really top service. Overall highly recommend this set and Arthauss in general - they definitely have loyal customers in our family. :)

The wall bed was very tedious to build and the instructions could definitely use more annotations to help understand certain sections, particularly with the springs. Its not clear how tight the springs are supposed to be, the instructions have an image showing a 30mm gap however following that left them too loose and anything less than 25mm was far too tight. The bolts and screws were also very cheap and low quality as multiple snapped as I was tightening them and the heads of others bowed. The biggest issue came when I noticed the bedframe wasn't fitting square within the main unit. I assumed that I'd be able to adjust the frame by loosening the bolts that connected the two parts, but this just opened a whole can of worms. As previously mentioned the heads of multiple bolts here bowed so if I ever wanted to change it again it would be incredibly difficult. Secondly and the most serious issue is that no where in the instructions is it mentioned that to make these adjustments you must loosen the springs first, I didn't do this but was very fortunate I didn't lose my arm as the spring loaded bar snapped back with such force that it broke the bolts and completely busted the spring guard. The process to trying to put this right has been incredibly frustrating and I wouldn't advise anyone go through the stress of it.

I have bought the double wall bed and mattress and am delighted with both. The opening mechanism of the bed is good, took a bit to get used to. The mattress is very comfortable, I have been using it a lot over this Christmas period. I would highly recommend both items as a solution to additional sleeping space in your home.

Good quality product+ excellent costumer service

From ordering the wardrobe to receiving it I was kept informed about delivery. The wardrobe was very well packed in 6 boxes. It took quite a long time to build (approx 6 hrs with 2/3 people). It’s very good quality apart from the back of the wardrobe. The back was very difficult to attach, this is the reason for only 4 stars. Once the insides were built we had to move it into position which was very difficult due to the weight of the furniture. Once finished it looks great and has lots of storage.

Product good but overpriced and it was an absolute nightmare to assemble, we nearly lost fingers and our minds, especially in a small space-which I assume most buyers of a space saving fold down bed would be working in. Also no advice on adjusting the spring tension, which we needed to do.

We've now purchased three Arthauss Wardrobes, they offer great value for an excellent product, good communication regarding delivery etc.

Customer Service is as quick and helpful as can be - thank you, Karolina & Hubert. The delivery team (of x2) were pleasant & efficient to deal with. The information regarding the building item is fully comprehensive with a separate video being sent for ref too. Pleasant, effective ordering & delivery and a substantial, quality, item (wall bed was purchased). I subsequently asked for a couple more fixtures for aesthetic purposes and this was also swiftly arranged despite it being the Christmas Season. Very happy to recommend on quality, service and ease of dealing with any / all contacts. Thank you, Arthauss.

Now that it is in it looks great, there are a few things that could be better. I shopped around a lot... to fine a bed that would fit into the space and that would look good, so I chose to go with the slightly more expensive option in order to get the best product. Firstly the delivery was right on time and the delivery people were super helpful. When I did finally come to assembling the bed is where things got challenging. I would consider myself relatively technically minded and quite good with my hands. And I have assembled more than my fair share of flat pack furniture and other projects in my life, BUT the instructions are only a little lacking. Firstly they dont mention that you need a lot of space to assemble it. Secondly, some of the instructions lack the necessary detail so that assembly is not as simple as the illustration make it out to be. Also the build quality is a little disappointing, if you don't have at least 3 people to hold parts at the right angles when assembling, the connecting screws rip out of the base. Some of the connections are not properly flush, and for a premium product it is a little disappointing. But once I figured out the instructions, and filled in the few issues with wood glue and silicone sealant, it looks great. The bed is easy to open and close does what it is supposed to

The whole purchase experience was great. The product was delivered quite quickly and I loved it, it's sturdy and looks perfect on my wardrobe. The only thing I'd say is that it was a bit tricky to assemble, but besides that loved it.

The wardrobe was fine but I am buying an overall service not just a piece of furniture. Communication was not good. I waited to order specifically until a set delivery date became available. This was because we were moving into a new home and needed the wardrobes up before belongings arrived. Otherwise no space in the bedrooms to construct the wardrobes. I tried to phone to confirm this but could not get through. I was then told a couple of days before due delivery that the date was moving back. I phoned up and this time got through but very little willingness to hear me or honour the original agreement for delivery date. Consequently on our moving in day the wardrobes arrived!! Nightmare. Not impressed. I would be grateful for some one to phone me and chat this through. Why dont you surprise me and contact me and show me that customer care is alive and kicking at Arthauss.

Best quality what you can get. I borrow one wardrobe last year. But this year event beter quality. Respect.
