Couldn't be more happy with the customer service I received from Arthauss Furniture. If only every company was so helpful. Special mention to Hubert and Paulina who assisted me.

The customer service was really good, kept informed at all times with the delivery etc. Once assembled the Wardrobe is good quality and very sturdy, I would highly recommend and would purchase other items from them.

The communication was very good and I’m happy with the way they handled my order. However, maybe an assembly service should be provided when ordering more than 1 item. Also, when assembled, the bed doesnt stay open.. we had to remove the springs on the bag so my child wont be smashed in her sleep because there is no system to hold the bed open. Shame for such price to be nothing holding the mechanism open but to only relay on the weight.

On ‘up side’ The quality of my Arthauss wardrobe is good, and their customer support team are quick to respond. However, on the downside , the assembly instructions and identification of the parts are awful. Assembly time could be vastly reduced if this was improved. But for me, the worst experience was that I had a crucial part missing. This had to be shipped in from the manufacturer in another country and took 4 weeks, which meant we had all the parts strewn across our bedroom during this time. The best compensation Arthauss could offer me was a mere £15. They were full of apologies but in our situation words meant nothing. If you decide to purchase from them just pray you get all the parts.

Excellent quality. The only negative is would be better if items were numbered/identified to make building quicker. However does not take away from the quality

Fast delivery and looks great

We ordered Arti 6 wardrobe, with 2 sliding doors in grey matt colour. We managed to assemble it in 2,5 hours (2 of us) and the only issue we had was with screwing the sliding doors in place. It was a bit tricky to see the screws inside, but we did it. It's a very nice looking and sturdy wardrobe. We are happy with our choice.

Love the Murphy bed, looks great in the spare room and means I can also use the room as a sewing room when the bed is away! Easy to order and regular updates on delivery times. It took 2 of us a while to put together, but we had to get additional tools and re-read things a few times, but it wasn't too bad! Would definitely recommend

Good fast delivery and looks great built up but if only they would number the parts it would make the job a lot easier.

Good delivery service. The sideboard is to match my television stand. It is really well made and high quality furniture for the price. Looks more expensive. Very smart. I’m really pleased with my purchase and would buy from Arthauss again

Great furniture and fast friendly delivery

Lies and lies over and over regarding the delivery , bad attitude staff with greedy owners , selling something that they even didn’t start to manufacture . They speak nicely with you until you make the order and rest is history . Avoid avoid avoid .
