Truly amazing company to deal with, have ordered bedroom furniture which has been great for the last couple of years, recently a piece of ironmongery has started to fail so they sent me a replacement straight out free of charge. Great furniture, even better customer service. Won't hesitate to use again or recommend.

Lable the boards for identification to assemble drawing put the right fixings in the box for assemble.

Really hard to put the wardrobe together without the parts labelled. The instructions say there are stickers on them to clearly show each part - there isn’t. This delayed the time significantly. The delivery is so heavy. It should be delivered up the stairs without a charge as delivery is paid for already. The metal pieces are not wrapped so they move about leaving marks all over the outside edge of the wardrobe piece. The two shelves on the bottom do not line up flush with the right angles of the wardrobe so leave hair line gaps which is annoying

The sideboard I ordered is a very beautiful, sturdy piece of furniture. I’m delighted with it! The only issue I had was with delivery. The guys refused to bring it to the first floor flat where I live. Increasingly, this policy is putting me off buying from certain companies. If you are female, and live on your own, you have a problem.

The separate pieces should be numbered so you orientate them correctly. When assembling there is some guesswork. Furniture from other suppliers we've recently have labelled with small stickers each piece....even the bags of screws/fittings. You should also do this.

What a great experience working with Arthauss for my bedroom furniture. To begin with I was a little concerned - could this bed, which looked so stylish in the website photos, be of reasonable quality for such a very modest price? Also there were a few negative reviews. I needn't have worried - the Tally bed, complete with side attached tables, is absolutely gorgeous. I'm really impressed with the quality of the laminate oak, and the bed really does live up to the photos. Everything from the bed base to the headboard, to the frame and lifting mechanism (for the ottoman) is beautifully designed and very robust. I look at this bed and wonder how they can manufacture it at this price point. Ok, so the bed is wonderful - what about the service? Arthauss deliver everything into your home with their own trucks and friendly crew, free of charge. The attention to detail continues with the packaging - and you have to see how this packing has been engineered to believe it! I enjoyed assembling the bed though it does take some time and a bit of figuring out, but the instructions are good - I'd definitely recommend a power screwdriver. I did it on my own but better with two. The instructions on fitting the gas struts was unclear. I phoned the support line and got straight through to Karolina who was very concerned to help me. She called the manufacturer of the struts and within 2 hours I had the detail I needed. I know this sounds like a paid commercial for Arthauss but I just love good quality and professional service (especially at a good price!) and I am so very happy to recommend Arthauss bedroom furniture. If you like what you see on the website you'll love the products!

Kept informed at all times and the delivery guys were excellent and the delivery was at the time I was told it would be.

Abysmally bad design. In 20 years of constructing flat pack, this is the worst item i've ever made. Basically it needs 3 men 8 foot tall to be able to construct this large 221cm wide Beta sliding mirror door wardrobe. The way it is is designed makes it almost impossible to construct, unless the shelves etc. are hung by sky hooks in mid air. It is almost impossible to get the hardboard back to slot into it's grooves and then the special mounting screws don't hold the back firmly in place. You couldn't find out whether delivery could be done on a Saturday until paid for. The delivery men refused to take the 4 enormous boxes upstairs to the bedroom. One of the widgets was missing. Fortunately i had a spare from an old flat pack. One of the bits needed for mounting a shelf was defective. So i had to improvise. The instructions were very difficult to follow. The pictures were too small. There were no colour pics to help you. There were 3 different mistakes on the instructions and diagrams. Some of the components aren't labelled so it was very difficult to know which bits to use. Due to the unclear diagrams it was very difficult to know which way round some bits went. However much you adjust it one of the sliding doors rubs on the runner for the other door. It took me 7+ hours with occasional assistance from another man to assemble. A very painful experience. The only good thing was the assembled wardrobe does look stylish.

We purchased a wall bed from Arthauss Furniture in 2019 and have been extremely pleased with it. My son recently moved out and during the move manage to lose some bolts. I contacted Arthauss, provided the details of what I needed and they have sent these out at no cost. Amazing customer service. Thank you!

Cupboard quality is ok but noting impressive for the price, it does not close with doors absolutely touching edge due to not being squared.. also plastic rounds sent to cover up holes are ok but they should also send some stickers.. not even soft closers

Good quality and low prices.

1, Its a nice product with fairly easy to follow instructions. 2, I installed it into a small room which made it more of a task to do. If you were to do this then you would need at least another pair of hands to help. 3, Comunications from the company were very good and the driver arrived on time.

Very efficient ordering , delivery service, great products and excellent communications. Instructions could be a little clearer towards fitting the tracks and doors but we got there in the end.

I want to tell you that I asked for beige but my table legs are black I am not happy I want to change it to gold

Quality of parts was good , instructions could be a lot better , ie WHEN to fit spring covers and not making it crystal clear about leaving 6mm gap on springs etc . Pretty sure they dont tell you its a 3 man job to put together before you buy it and that its A LOT longer than a standard bed .

Delivery time was well communicated however I wasn’t sent the email with options on delivery terms until after it was delivered. As a result I paid the delivery men more than as set out in the official email to bring the goods up to my flat. They did a good job though. The instructions were okay but none of the pieces or fittings were labelled. It took us longer than the time set out in the guide. I am happy with the final product and the quality is good.
