Really nice wardrobe fast delivery

Bought the Harriet bunk bed, easy to assemble and my girls love it. I didn’t finish the 3rd pull out bed when I assembled the bunk beds and when I got round to it the screw pack was no where to be found. Hubert at Arthauss kindly sent out a new screw free of charge. Overall totally satisfied with the bunk beds and the after sales service.

Four units purchased for living room (second purchase from Arthouse). Good solid construction (but I do use wood glue) and look fantastic. I found one manufacturing issue (misplaced dowel hole) but this was easily rectified. The one problem I had was a complete lack of spare fixings and on furniture this expensive I found it unforgiveable. I myself broke a cam lock but was able to find a spare eventually having constructed many flat packs. Other than that I have four very classy pieces of furniture which everyone remarks on. Very pleased.

Bought a wall bed from here and everything was smooth from delivery, to me and partner setting it up over a weekend. I even asked a question to customer service about why the hydraulic opening didn’t seem to move by hand (I had to drill bed to wall first as per instructions duh 😆) they answered my question within the day so was very helpful. It’s had 6 months of use now, very happy with it. Thanks!

I purchased a wardrobe from Arthauss furniture. Upon assembling this wardrobe, there was various chips in the paint wood and the door on the right side does not fully close.

We recently purchased a wardrobe and the process was incredibly smooth. The delivery came on time and we were well informed throughout. The wardrobe was put together by a local tradesman and it was completed in no time. The quality is outstanding! I will most certainly be purchasing again from this store!

I had bought a wardrobe from IKEA, had problems with installation, so bought it from Arthouse instead. Saved about £100 for nearly the same product. It was easier to install and looks better. Extra stars for delivery - very nice and helpful man delivered it at the start of the hour delivery slot - no waiting needed.

True to life website photos, easy to order, the company was very quick and helpful with a question that I had about the item of furniture that I ordered. I was constantly kept informed about the status of the delivery which was super fast and the delivery men were very polite. The cabinet is very good quality, easy to assemble and looks very expensive- I am very impressed with this company and their products.

We recently bought a chest of draws. Unfortunately one component was damaged but a replacement was quickly provided and we are delighted with our purchase. We always say that a measure of customer service is how a retailer reacts when something goes wrong and these guys passed with flying colours.

The bed looks great, but to be honest the instructions were one of the worst I have ever encountered, and having recently moved to a new place, I definitely have loads of other instructions to compare it too. Images with wrong holes, wrong bolt types, ilogical order of assembly.

Unbelievable customer service support & care. Products are impossible to find elsewhere for such an amazing price. I nearly went to a big known warehouse provider of home furnishings & I’m so glad I didn’t, I purchased the Baros entertainment system & the Baros sideboard x2 lots of each. Even the man who put it together couldn’t believe how well made it was & the quality of simple things like the shelves no rough or exposed sides all finished perfectly. Honestly won’t be buying anywhere else for home furnishings again & many friends have asked where it’s from & can’t believe the quality & price. I would highly recommend.

A bit difficult to put together my husband and son very good at flat pack but struggled initially. Solid wardrobe and looks very nice. Would buy again.
