From the initial visit to the showroom/site to the errection of our cabin every member of staff has been fantastic. We had (unnecessary) issues with our local planning permission and had to put back our build back a few times and Arctic Cabins were so supportive and understanding. Once we were ready for our delivery and build the team were incredibly efficient. The base materials were delivered the day before and the driver was a really nice guy, very friendly and chatty. The next day our cabin arrived and the two young lads building it were unbelievably efficient. Very professional, very friendly, and incredibly fast. They arrived just before 8am and were completed by about 12.30 pm. They provided me with all information how to operate the BBQ, how to look after and maintain our cabin, and what to expect with it settling in etc. We've received aftercare support emails with very useful information on how to operate and maintain our cabin including where to purchase the wood preserver, how often to apply, how to clean and maintain the equipment etc. Brilliant company, fantastic service and support. Highly recommend them.

Exceptional product . Value for money . The two lads who put the cabin up where very courteous and knowledgeable. Everything was made easy to understand right from the show when we got our first look inside a cabin to ordering all the accessories. Then on the day the two builders explained everything and help decide which way was best to build it and then the explanation of how best to use the Bar- B- Q and to oil the Cabin and it’s continuing upkeep .etc . All in all it’s a first class, well run Company with an exceptional product

First, the cabin is extremely well made, weather resistant and attractive. From George at the sales stage, to Nikki, Debbie in aftercare, and especially the delivery and fitting teams - nice to meet such skillful, dedicated and professional folks these days. All knowledgeable and passionate about the product and the brand. Having shared their knowledge, we were able to start enjoying the benefits of the cabin straightaway (after a small amount of vital prep to the floor and high touch surfaces). Even in the teeth of high winds and rain we were toasty warm inside! If you are thinking of taking the plunge and getting one - do it and do it with Arctic Cabins. You get exactly what you pay for. Care, attention, luxury.

Top quality company to deal with from start to finish, we come across the Arctic cabin at the Southport flower show and put a deposit down, the whole process was handled so well from the initial discussion with the sales team at the show, then the ordering process and then the installation team. We wasn’t even looking to get a cabin but seen a display at New forest county show. My wife loved it immensely and then we discovered that we could have a cabin with a bar to….the build by the team was amazing and quick the cabin is better than we expected and we’re hoping to make lots of memories in our barbecue bar

Just six weeks after first seeing an Arctic Cabin at the Great Yorkshire Show, we became the very proud owners of one! Despite both of us loving the cabin from the moment we sat in it at the Show, we didn’t place an order on the day, wanting to come home, do our homework on the cabin, and the company, before committing to a purchase. We needn’t have worried. Every experience with the company has been so positive. From placing our order with Cliff, the sales executive, through to it being fitted by Tod, Jordan and Josh (those boys know the meaning of hard work and have done a truly amazing job) and everyone else at the company that we have dealt with in between, they have all been perfect. However, a special mention must go to Nikki (who organises the dates of cabin installations, but that is only the tip of the iceberg) she has given us invaluable advice about many aspects of the cabin; pre, during and after installation. In our experience, the company do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it and to an exceptional standard. Probably, the best company we have ever dealt with. The process from start to finish was seamless, after order confirmation with the office we were given an installation date and the guys arrived bright and early on the day and assembled the cabin including the base within five hours, The quality of the cabin is excellent and we hope to have many years of enjoyment in it. Fantastic service from start to finish! Sales guy was really helpful and the guys who fitted our cabin were exceptional hard workers an did a excellent job and we just love it !
