Ordered at The Great Yorkshire Show and installed only a month later! Great communication throughout. Only took a few hours to build and the team were really tidy. The BBQ hut looks like it's been there for years. Solid and well designed, a great addition to our land.

From placing my order to their handing over the keys was a smooth process. Everything was delivered and processed when they said it would be done and the cabin was erected on time and accurately put together by their two well trained contractors.

Everybody I had dealings with were really friendly, the fitting team came at 7.30am and got the job done by mid afternoon then talked us through the various points, we have been really impressed with the company as a whole.

Absolutely delighted with my cabin, from start to finish it was an easy process. I liked the fact that from a small deposit no payment was necessary until completion which to me showed confidence in the product. The lads that built the hut were courteous and professional. All in all a very smooth process.

From the start helpful and no pressure sales, we were given a delivery date which was adhered to: very rare in our times. The team that arrived to install the cabin were absolutely outstanding, they worked extremely hard and professionally and were very courteous and respectful. We are delighted with the cabin and look forward to using it for many years to come

Outstanding job. Ben and Jamie were super quick and knew exactly what they were doing. They had pretty much everything done on the first day of install. Gave us some helpful advice on how to use and look after our cabin. Can’t praise them and Arctic Cabins enough. Now we just have to spend the next year or so regaling it with Viking stuff!

What an amazing company. From the moment we spotted the arctic cabins the sales team were so helpful. We asked so many questions and visited the Studley site several times! They were never pushy. Sarah who we dealt with was extremely good. The team arrived on time with their truck load of wood. They were so efficient - a brilliant team - Adam, Sean and Ross. Amazing to watch them put it all together - excellent quality. Lovely guys and so professional. We have had a couple of weekends enjoying our cabin with friends and family - everyone loves it. We are looking forward to many more evenings of fun and laughter in it. I can highly recommend Arctic Cabins.
