We love our 10 metre BBQ Cabin! It’s not often you get Great service through each process of sales, purchase, administration and installation! Brilliant team effort! Special mention must go to Ben and James (The Dream Team) who installed our Cabin yesterday. (1st June 2023) We were amazed at how hard they worked and were very professional. They arrived and immediately started work at about 7.15am. They were fast, efficient, effective whilst having attention to detail and still having a sense of humour. A Genuine 5 Star Service. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.
From finding the website making the contact seeing them and purchasing our Artic Cabin, to the contact re delivery and to the actual installation all went as advised. The whole experience exceeded our expectations well done to all at Artic Cabins your customer service and the attention to detail was superb!

Used Studley show site in order to get an idea of what we wanted, which ended up beign the 10m2 with the additional bar area. Simon helped us enormously, especially as we were siting the cabin on the site of a large duck pond on a "floating" decking. Simon came out several times, which helped in multiple ways in terms of the final siting, positioning of the cabin and colours of roof etc. The installation was via Jamie and Ben, who were well experienced, helpful, accomodating, cleaned up after themselves....just brilliant lads. The end product is just what we wanted....a treat to look at and a joy to be inside. Many Thanks to the Arctic Team

From our initial enquiry through to installation, everyone we dealt with was so friendly and helpful. It took us a while to get sorted as we live 4 hours away from the show place and we wanted to actually see the cabins to see which size we wanted. When we were finally able to visit, service was second to none. We paid a deposit and booked in delivery and installation for approx 3 weeks later. The installers arrived at 8.45am after leaving their yard at 4am, they built our cabin and then spent half an hour with me showing me all the bits and pieces inside. By 1.30pm the cabin was completed and the lads were on their way to their overnight accommodation. I’ve nothing but praise for this company and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a cabin in their garden. 5 stars is not enough 😂😂
Absolutely fabulous service for start to finish, (we bought our Artic Bar after visiting the show site at the NEC Birmingham during the Good Food Show), the guys in the office were happy to help with any pre-instal queries. The instal team were fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful and great characters. We haven’t had any issue (touchwood) so no need to contact the after sales team. The best purchase for our garden yet! We love it and it’s a great entertainment space.
We recently had the 7m barbecue hut installed by artic cabins. Very easy to order with cliff who answered all our questions, lovely emails with Nikki and Debbie, booking everything in and paying. Derek text and was lovely when he dropped base off, double checked everything and covered it over as it was raining. The fitters were David and Ben, two very nice and friendly lads who worked very well together and did a fantastic job even through it rained all day were still smiling when they left, all staff are a credit to the company. We have had a couple of nights in with the fire and absolutely love it, so much more than we thought we would, you don't need much of a fire for it to get very cosy, very impressed with the quality of the house. It has more room than we thought inside and it very comfortable. We have put a TV in and it out new 2nd home, we carnt wait for winter nights when we can get very cosy inside, would recommend artic cabins to anyone thinking of buying a cabin,.you won't regret it
Excellent service from first viewing at the build it show. Salesman informative without being pushy. Installers were efficient and quick to install. Quality of cabin is excellent, accessories really add to the overall experience when using it. All the family really enjoy the cabin either for eating or just chilling. We are so glad we purchased the cabin.
The whole process was excellent, from purchase to delivery. The fitters who erected it were brilliant and double checked location and orientation, so no danger of error. They then went through all the details of the cabin, do's and don'ts.
