James from Arctic cabins met my expectations and more. I had a vision and he was so patient with every detail that the cabin I have is simply perfect . The installers were able to cope with my slightly undulating garden and put up my little palace in a day and a half. And they got it in place ready to share with my friends and family for the summer. Our Arctic Cabin is sublime. Worth every penny spent on it. We had our first BBQ in it and, oh, what a joy. A beautiful looking feature in our garden but how functional it is. Ours is the 10.5m■ cabin with the bar extension. Ample for 12 adults. Have to get 4 bar stools.
The fire is beautiful whether as a couple or with friends, I couldn’t recommend it enough. Everything is finished to a high standard and it looks great.

Arctic Cabins installed our 10 M2 cabin on 3rd April, they kept us very informed on what would happen and when. The installation was carried out by a team of very polite and courteous young men, they worked very hard and had the Cabin up in 1 day. A few finishing touches the next morning and it was ready for use. We are thrilled with it and would definitely recommend Arctic Cabins Team as very efficient.

Great experience from start to finish, We placed our order at the house building show in farnborough as an impulse purchase after seeing the display. A few weeks later the guys installed everything in a day, they worked hard, advised on positioning and were professional and polite. A credit to the company.
