What a great company to purchase from, thank you to Simon for coming to our address and spending some time with us to ensure the cabin fitted where we wanted it. The whole delivery process was faultless. On the day of installation the fitting team were on time and very polite and extremely professional. There were a couple of items missing from the delivery which we had ordered as extras but a quick phone call from the installation team and they were brought with them the next day. The whole cabin is amazing and the quality is superb and well worth paying a bit extra for. I cannot fault any part of the purchasing and installation process an absolutely amazing purchase

The day the cabin was erected was an awful rainy day but your team Ben and Todd were excellent. They never stopped from arriving at 7.30 and finishing at 13.30. They are an attribute of your company. A special mention and thank you also to Anne Marie who was there for us every step of the way.

I had my Artic cabin installed on the 23rd October 2023 all the guys that work for this company are brilliant couldn't be more happy with it , Its easy to light in less than 15 minutes and all the smoke goes straight up the Chimney so clean burning a big thank you to sales and admin staff too kind regards Jason H

the lads that fitted my cabin were polite and very hard working even working in the rain. they didn't stop until it was finished. I am super happy with my hobbit home as we are now calling it

The boys that assembled the cabin. They arrived early and set to work there and then. They were polite and worked in the rain without a complaint. When the cabin was completed they asked me to inspect it and then ran through the inside . What a great job we love it.

No pressure buying one always the end of the phone nothing to much trouble. Fitters were fantastic never stopped. Love our lodge told loads of friends. Glad i bought with artic cabins

Well the day came for the installation and the two guys (Todd and another, cannot for the life of me remember his name!) deserve medals as the weather was atrocious! The rain was biblical! Still they cracked on with tea, juice and the obligatory bacon rolls and finished about 4. We are delighted with the cabin and had our first bbq two days later for 12! By then the inside had dried out with kiln dried logs burning. Just used old mats and a cut up carpet on the floor as no time to treat it before the event (it is now, Ronseal diamond hard floor varnish). Fantastic effort guys and what a cabin!

Very polite hardworking tidy staff. Cabin so far is wonderful. Fire lit without any probs. Gorgeous. We can’t wait to have friends to join us. Just need more time to enjoy it!

From ordering our cabin with David at Chatsworth Show the experience has been fantastic. We had our cabin fitted 19th October 23 and the fitters were a credit to Artic Cabins. They never stopped until the cabin was completed. They then went through how to use the fire pit, bbq and lighting , and then explained how to maintain the cabin. Thank you.

From attending the Flower Show at Southport to installation the whole process was timely and professional. Every step was smooth and nothing any trouble. Deliveries were exactly on time. They stayed with agreed installation date. The fitters were a credited to the company and so clean tidy. The gentleman who delivered posts and cement was lovely and the accounts lady responsive. Overall 10/10 and highly recommended for quality of service products and experience
