We had our beautiful Arctic bar installed in early February and it is such an amazing family space. The site is still under construction as it is a mammoth project but despite this and the awful freezing temperatures and rain Adam and Ross just cracked on until it was finished. The cabin is beautiful in quality, the service from George at the sales site was excellent and its just perfect, waiting to be landscaped into our woodland garden. Adam and Ross are an absolute credit to your company and Adam gave lots of advice about the fire, maintenance of the cabin and shared stories of happy times in his. Thank you Adam, your attitude these days is quite rare and you are an ambassador of Arctic Cabins. I look forwards to sharing our photographs as the cabin starts to take shape.

The service was very good from day one and the two lads, Ben and Jordan that built it were fantastic. Working nonstop on arguably the two coldest days of the winter. Definitely recommend Arctic Cabins. Not cheap but the quality and attention to detail are exceptional.

I have had my Cabin for three years now, 10m2, and it's seriously the best thing I've ever bought. The installers had it up in four hours and we've had absolutely no issues with it since installation. The quality of materials and the build is second to none and the aftercare service provided by this company really is first class. All of the staff I have been in contact with are extremely helpful and attentive and it's evident that they're passionate about their product. They're a great team who have their customers satisfaction at the heart of everything they do. I would highly recommend Arctic Cabins, they're the best in their field.

Our cabin is only 4 months old and experiencing extensive mold problems on both the interior and exterior. Their solution was to sand the interior (spreading mold spores all over the interior) and still leaving moldy patches on the ceiling, and blaming us for not treating it properly. (From their guide: "Where external timber is treated with brown preservative from Sovereign (early 2020 and previous years), we would expect you to apply 1 more coat within 12 months") So we are four months in and blamed for not doing an additional treatment. Inferior wood, inadequately treated wood, and inadequate (and rude) customer service. We really wanted to enjoy this cabin but mold is a respiratory safety issue for our family so what we have now is a large garden ornament.

Great service excellent teams of fitters from the sale to the delivery to the fitting. Everything was done exactly as promised. Can not fault the whole team.

Completed in one day . Friendly fitters And made sure we were happy with result before leaving and sat with us for a debrief Only one issue was there was a lot of screws and nails on the grass which could have been picked up as we had dogs . Not a complaint just an observation and point to note fir the fitters

We had our 10m bbq arctic cabin installed in January this year. The service we received was amazing and totally professional from start to finish. The guys arrived early and worked tirelessly to install the cabin in the time specified ( one day) they left the cabin and garden clean and tidy and checked in with us at various points during installation to check we were happy. Once completed they took the time to show us how everything worked and recommended some products for the aftercare. We asked for them to come back and install a step which they did within a week, again they cut to measure, tidied up and nothing was too much trouble. Polite, friendly and reliable, highly recommend. The cabin itself is beautiful, a real focal point in our garden and a great entertaining space for friends and family to gather.

Extremely pleased with our new cabin. We have used it several times already with different sized groups and have found it to be a very inclusive and sociable place to spend time with family and friends. We have enjoyed various food from the bbq and used the kettle to warm mulled wine and hot chocolate! Everything is finished to a high standard and it looks great.

The BBQ Cabin I ordered surpassed my expectations – it's the spitting image of what I saw online. The straightforward ordering process made this a stress-free addition to my backyard. Huge shoutout to this store for making my BBQ dreams a reality!

From the superb service provided by Simon Lees in Sales, Nikki in scheduling the build to the guys onsite Paul, Richard and Jordan with the base build and Adam and his team who built it in record time and couldn’t do enough to help with questions. In this day and age it’s rare to have such a great customer experience end to end! What a service!

Saw this BBQ hut at the Grand Designs show and ordered it on a bit of a whim! We had been impressed with the team on their sister company’s stand ‘Cabin Masters’, so in for a penny we took the plunge! The quality of the product and the service from all sectors of this company were outstanding. The construction team were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very tidy. The customer service team were always there for information and support. A 5* product from a 5* company!
