Beautifully constructed Cabin. Installation superb and two years later it still looks like it's just arrived! A magical place for frosty get-togethers and relaxed dining. Planning permission was required so Arctic provided everything we needed for a straightforward application. Arctic provide an excellent product and service throughout.

We purchased a log cabin two years ago and it is one off the best things we have ever brought.We call our cabin the Hobbit hole and we have had so many comments on it and how well the cabin is made. We use it during the summer and also light a fire in the barbecue area during the winter which makes it even more cosier and warm. The cabin is beautiful to look at and compliments our garden really well. If you want the best then buy from Artic Cabins. The only down side is that when ever we have any tradesmen round they all are fascinated by the Cabin it takes forever to get anything done lol. In fact its like a tourist attraction in our area.

From placing the order to our first BBQ everything was easy and stress free. The cabins are of excellent build quality. The installation was efficient and took less time than we expected. Everyone who spends time in the cabin comment that the experience transports them to another world. The best investment we've ever made!

5 stars - amazing product - we love it and use it all the time, as a family, with friends, for romantic evenings and even in the summer as a base for outdoor BBQ's. The service and support from Day 1 has been great too. Installed in a day, a couple of minor issues but all resolved easily and quickly. My only reservation is that we don't want everyone to have one!
We purchased our arctic cabin in April 2018 and the whole process of ordering, delivery, installation and after sales service has been one of the best experiences I have had with any company. Whilst I am sure there are less expensive cabins on the market, the old adage ‘you get what you pay for’ couldn’t be more true here. Not only is the product quality excellent but any issues are sorted out without question even if it means a 3 hour round trip for the installation team to resolve them. Cliff and the sales team really were great at a no-pressure sale and answered all my questions leading up to the installation. Our cabin is providing an amazing retreat for the family just a few yards away at the bottom of our garden. Our friends and family absolutely love it!

Good people to do business with ,had a couple of snags ,but the was sorted very quickly , so pleased with the product would highly recommend the product and the first class service .
Great quality product and everything as described on the website. However, I think there is a design flaw with the size of the bbq itself. Yes you can sit 10 or 12 or 14 people but it would be very dificult to feed them with the size of grill that's supplied. Apart from that, it's great. I purchased the 10m cabin.
