Arctic Cabins were 5 star service from start to finish you should be really proud of your Company and your staff. Ann-Marie kept us up to date with all the details after ordering & nothing was too much trouble. Ben & Matt who erected & fitted our 10m Cabin did a grand job, took away all the packaging and even had a blower to clean up small amounts of sawdust. We are over the moon with our cabin and would definitely recommend people to use Arctic Cabins. John Bott

From ordering the cabin through to delivery the service was 5 star plus. Initial dates for delivery were set and maintained and we were kept updated regularly along the way. Delivery of materials was hassle free and the two lads that installed the cabin were extremely polite, respected the property, made no mess at all and went above and beyond. A 5 star company and experience.

Very impressed with their team from Simon in Sales to the installation team who showed patience in getting the siting right (Ben an his colleague) to the delivery of the preparation materials. All of them turned up on time to the minute. There was no mess and the cabin looks great

Absolutely love my garden 'Stuga style' cabin from Arctic Cabins. From buying to arranging a date and completion wS o a very high standard. These days, I have come to expect things not to be as expected and to get disappointed. Arctic Cabins have flipped my expectations.. The two Cabin construction guys were superbly polite, tidy and efficient in every way. They never stopped until it was complete and then talked me through the locks, lights and maintenence. The Deer skins are like nothing you'll get in the UK with a full report on the sustainability of Scandinavian herds. 10/10

From my initial enquiry to fitting my hut Arctic Cabins have been a dream to deal with, I am super happy with my hut even though a neighbour has complained and I have to go through retrospective planning permission, but that’s my problem. I cannot recommend this hut enough, very happy. Thanks.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. No hassle at any point. Very friendly, knowledgeable. Remembered my name. The fitters did not stop the whole time they were putting my cabin up. They worked very hard.

We can honestly say that we are so happy with the cabin and I just can't believe how well made it is absolutely solid the workmanship is second to none. And as for the 2 lads who put it all together Jamie and Matt I didn't think that we still had young men who can still work as hard as they did we are so pleased with everything we would highly recommend arctic cabins to anybody who is thinking of having one. Had a problem with door not fitting properly.Three days later it was rectified by a very polite & helpfull fitter called Todd.He also gave me advice on treating my cabin as he noticed it wasn’t UV protected.He didn’t need to tell me anything so 5 stars to Todd.I have found Artic cabins very easy & helpful to deal with. Great looking cabin and well designed. Very professional installation, with a very hard working team. It was great to watch them erect the cabin, pure teamwork. Everything cleared away after completion. Now looking Forward to using it especially after seeing how well built it is

We recently had a 14m2 Arctic Cabin installed in our garden. Great quality product and an excellent team who worked tirelessly to construct it in a day and a half. One small snag regarding the chimney was identified by Todd (team lead) at the hand-over/demonstration stage and sorted immediately. We couldn’t be happier. The weather has just changed and we had logs burning last night, sipping wine, whilst watching the final episode of the Grand Tour on a 43 inch TV that blends in well on a side sloping panel. We’ve run full power and an Ethernet Cable for best wi-fi. I’ve also cooked a leg of lamb on the grill which was perhaps a little ambitious for me but loads of fun.. Next time, I’ll stick to steaks & chicken but anything is possible depending on your skill set. The smoke is drawn straight up the chimney and the whole fire works very well. It brings out the stone-age man in you with the design and skins etc. Our teenage boys have their mates around who all rave about ‘how cool’ it is and say the acoustics are great for their music. We can’t hear a thing from them when we’re sitting in the main house with our hands over our ears. 😄 We are sure the cabin has added considerable value to our property and will continue to bring happiness for years to come. From start to finish the Arctic Cabins team look after every little detail. On the day of installation the fitters were fantastic and worked so hard to put the unite substantial hut/bar together. The cabin now it has been installed, is better than we expected and we look forward to many parties and chilling nights for years to come.
