The salesman, David, was very thorough and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was accounted for. The delivery driver came and was very careful to drop the materials in a safe place. The installation team were brilliant and had the arctic cabin up in no time. I can honestly say that I’m so pleased with the whole experience of this company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again. We are very excited to use our cabin and look forward to cosy winter nights sitting around the fire/bbq with our friends.

We've recently bought the 10m2 Garden bar and it is one of the best purchases we've made. The quality of the wood and finish are top-notch, it's really spacious (whilst taking up a lot less space than we thought it would in the garden - the design is so clever!) and such a fun, flexible space. The Arctic team have been brilliant from start to finish - from the lovely chaps in sales helping make my dream a reality, to the clear updates and finally the fitting. Delivered on time and installed with care, expertise and brilliant product knowledge. Fantastic attention to detail, right down to the little step they very kindly knocked together on request for me before leaving. The craftsmanship and design are exceptional value for money. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks guys! :)

amazing experience from point of sale to installation.

We met David Coveney at the ideal home show event back in March and were impressed with the 5 metre cabin on display. There was certainly no pressure to buy there and then - we wandered back later in the day and placed an order with a small deposit having researched further and read the other outstanding reviews. We supplied a site video showing access to our premises and got some dates booked in via Nikki over the phone. Communication was excellent throughout and the installation team headed by Adam on the day were absolutely fantastic. Efficient, tidy and left us with all the information we required to safely use the cabin and enjoy the space. Debbie in accounts then handled our final payment and paperwork, guarantee etc... We have been using the cabin for nearly two weeks now and we all love the space and design. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a garden building to try Artic Cabins.

From start to finish the service was excellent. The cabin itself is OUTSTANDING and includes everything in the brochure. Every detail is taken care of. Not used the BBQ/log burner yet but looking forward to the Autumn/Winter when this will be used to entertain friends and family. Everyone who has seen it have been amazed at the quality and facilities. Well done for a great product at an affordable price.

We had the pleasure of meeting Sarah who told us all about the cabins ,how they are made and the history behind them. We instantly got the feel that all involved was passionate about the product , there was no hard sell ,it was quite simply this is the product and we'll leave it with you to decide. We chose to buy and the entire process was so well organised, it was just so easy , all of the artic cabin team are such a refreshing change and a pleasure to deal with. The guys turned up and had our cabin constructed within 4 hours and once again they where excellent. We love our cabin and fully recommend.

From start to finish was excellent, from going down to Nottingham to look at the cabins and deciding to buy a cabin, we met the owner Gavin who was lovely, we explained what we wanted and could give us that. On the day of installation, Jamie and Ben who were lovely lads cracked on and got the cabin up they came back next day for the morning then it was finished. We are so pleased it’ll be great now fir entertaining friends and family.

We recently purchased an arctic cabin. From start to finish the service we received was excellent. We received information about the cabin. I phoned to book a date for the cabin to arrive and be put up. Everyone arrived on time and the whole experience was brilliant. The quality of the cabin is superb. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and have just started to use the cabin and we very pleased.
