From initial point of contact, to aftercare, the team at Arctic Cabins have been amazing to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble at all and the service was exactly what anyone would want. Simon was great with reference to assisting with which cabin would suit us best and at the right cost. The install was arranged in double quick time and Tod & (I forget the other chaps name) were amazing on the day of install. All turned up on time and the installation completed and handover given within a few hours (it was a bank holiday also!). One very small issue following installation, which was swiftly dealt with by Debbie, Rob & Tod. This again was no trouble at all for the team. We are super chuffed with our cabin (as are the kids) and we are already using it regularly. Couldn't be happier with the service and product received. HIGHLY recommend

Brilliant From ordering our cabin, to a being invited to watch Aldo Zilli using the BBQ nothing was a problem ARTIC CABINS. We changed our installation date, no problem. Team that arrived to install their manners, politeness and work ethic were fantastic. We are enjoying our cabin more than we thought we would it is simply Brilliant/ Happy and do recommend ARTIC CABIN to all, our friends, neighbours and family.

From start to finish they have been so helpful - flexible with my changing installation date requests and the quality of the cabin is excellent. I love the little extra touches - I have everything I could think of to make use of my lovely cabin. Incidentally, the team who fitted it were also first rate. We went to see some insulated garden rooms but fell in love with the bbq hut so much that I went back the next day to order it. It was James who made our experience well worth it from start to finish by keeping us informed and accommodating our request to install it before a certain date. We’ve used it every week at least once or twice, even weekdays too, it’s so cosy and warm. My kids sit there to chill out with music, on their own or have friends over, well worth it. The installation team arrived around 7.30, I had to go to work later but they kept me informed by sending me pics of the installation. They showed my husband, how to use it when they finished around 1 pm and left the place tidy. Thank you James and the team.

The ordering service was very smooth and I got the date to install that I wanted. The team arrived at 7am and were excellent, their workmanship was of a very high standard and they were so quick and finished by 2pm. The quality and fit out of the Artic Cabin is superb and I love it!

An absolutely pleasurable experience from beginning to end! I contacted James, really lovely guy - soo helpful! Absolutely no hard sell. Communications were quick and all queries answered. Everything went according to plan - once the installation date was set it’s guaranteed that that’s the date it’ll be - no changes or excuses like other companies. The installation guys arrived at 8am and completed the installation by 4pm - they never stopped - very professional and skilled I must say. Upon completion all advice was given on how to use and care for our cabin. We have now bought two of these cabins. As when we moved we couldn’t live without it and wanted a larger version. Cliff and team were kind in offering a loyalty discount and when things go a little wrong their aftercare has been excellent aside from some delays.

What a fantastic experience from viewing to erecting The 3 “boys” who erected the cabin worked their socks off, with smiles and laughter.
