it was well worth travelling to nottingham to see in person all the different models available , we had thought to have the 7m2 cabin ,but as soon as we saw the 10 m with bar , job done . The boys arrived soon after and just about finished most of it the 1st day, then come back next morning and finished off. They were exceptional skilled trades and very funny and so helpful with all kind of ideas and even helped me route the electric cables into the cabin. an all round great company and service and the facebook owners club is great for inspiration and ideas.

The guys that fitted our Artic Cabin were brilliant. They where very happy and friendly.

Excellent service and quality

The quality of the cabin is excellent. The two men who built it were quick and efficient and very knowledgeable. It was erected in just under six hours and looks brilliant in our garden. I cannot fault the cabin or this company. The whole process from enquiry to completion was a delight. Top marks to Arctic Cabins.

Arctic Cabins. The name says it all their cabins are OUTSTANDING,COMFORTABLE & very Cozy,the way they are build it looks like the cabins are built for all seasons of the year. Good job guys keep it up.

We love our Arctic Cabin, it is such a wonderful, relaxing place to be the fire is beautiful whether as a couple or with friends. The service was great from ordering to installation and I am more than happy with my cabin.

From start to finish the experience was so smooth. James who talked us through the process no pressure to Jordan and Todd who installed ... And even the guy who delivered some bit beforehand. Cannot be happier with our new Kota/cabin... We are the navy of all our friends and neighbours!

From the minute we had a look inside the display cabin at the Ideal Home Exhibition, customer service has been brilliant. ………..was very happy to answer all our questions and then took the time to video call with us, taking us around the other sizes to help us make the decision. Communication for delivery was great and the guys who fitted it were friendly, polite and willing to move panels around to make it right for us. We then had a small issue which once reported was resolved that same week, again great communication throughout the process. There’s even a facebook group where you can ask questions and get first hand advice/recommendations.

The Arctic cabin team delivered and installed my new cabin in a very timely manner. The 6 time was 6 weeks and the installation team turned up promptly at 7am and finished by 1.30pm the same day. Everything was delivered and installed to perfection. A very happy customer

We are delighted with our Cabin and especially the service we received. We didnt realise when ordering that our house was in a Scottish Conservation area and so would need planning permission. Arctic Cabins were very helpful and supportive when we had to push back our installation date. When we finally obtain consent the tean turned up and installed everything very quickly and professionally. We are absolutely delighted with it.

One of the best experiences we've had buying anything - Anne-Marie was really knowledgeable and helpful, explained all the product details to us so we were completely confident going ahead and felt comfortable that we were genuinely getting a top end product for our money. Delivery was organised quickly and the guys turned up at 7am on the dot as arranged and put a 10m2 cabin+bar together by 4.30pm! Everything was completely smooth beginning to end. The actual product is absolutely top tier in terms of overall quality but also the little details, and I am confident it will stand the test of time. The installation guys were super helpful in giving a walk through and useful tips on how to take care of it and get the most out of it. Literally nothing throughout the whole process that even the most cynical person could fault.
