From meeting Simon and picking which cabin we wanted to purchase, to Adam & Matt installing it today, everything went smoothly. The speed it was built was amazing. The interior is bigger than we remembered, so that is brilliant. Excellent quality, can't wait to fire up the BBQ! Thank you to all

This is my 2nd review, don't know where the first went? This company are fabulous, from the initial conversations and planning to the delivery and build. George Jefferies was polite, friendly and informative and very patient answering my random questions! The building team of Jamie and Sam were fantastic, skilled and hard working. They went through everything with me regarding use and safety precautions with the bbq. I love my hut and would happily recommend Arctic Cabins to anyone. Thank You team and Stay Safe👍

We are so glad to have been lucky enough to have our BBQ Hut over lockdown. The whole process from our initial enquiry, through to having the hut installed was amazing. Can't recommend these guys enough!

My 14m BBQ cabin is excellent, I absolutely love it. The sales team were excellent and even when Simon wasn’t in the other team members were so helpful right from the start. The installation lads were so friendly on the day and arrived on time - nothing seemed too much trouble for them. I can’t wait to have our first Xmas in it ( if lockdown allows) Highly recommend this company and believe me we looked a lot

Whilst the product and the installation service is good they appear to lose interest after thay have your money. We bought a 10m hut via a display at a county show. As we knew we would be moving house in a couple of years we asked about taking the hut with us. The salesman informed us that Arctic Cabins offered a relocation service. Fixed fee all in. That was the deal clincher. Should have been more sceptical. Come moving time, they don't answer emails, promises of return phone calls don't happen. Had to write to the owner direct to get a response. They now no longer offer a relocation service despite other staff members saying that relocation services were only on hold. So their promises are hollow and does not give any confidence in their after sales service or worth to the 10 year warranty. This is my experience only, others may say differently. Just be aware. Update after the response below:- Thank you for your response. A few corrections to your statements. Firstly: In my telephone conversations, (you never replied to emails except the one from Gareth) I fully understood that you were busy, all I did was make a suggestion as a way round the situation if you ever had teams in the area. These were not demands as you infer but a suggested way round it. Secondly: I did not offer to pay £700 for the move with everything thrown in. As I stated in my letter to Gareth this was the all in fixed price quoted by your sales representative so kindly stop trying to twist things round. Thirdly: You state above that you still offer a relocation service. Perhaps you should clear that statement with Gareth, your owner, who stated categorically and for the avoidance of any doubt that your company no longer offers a relocation service. I have never indicated any doubt as to the extremely hard work and difficulties your teams and experiencing. As I said in my letter we were very pleased with the ways things happened from order taking to installation. After sales service is all part of the package and equally important as part of the relationship, hence the deduction of two stars. For the poor way in which you have replied to this review I have deducted another star. Stars can be awarded or removed. They could also be reinstated. To all those reading this review of my experience, as I said above; 'Be aware'

Great Cabins, excellent quality and workmanship. My only complaint would be a lack of aftersales as there was a couple of minor issues and I felt I was fobbed off. Shame really as everything else was spot on.

Installed in March, my cabin has allowed me to create a place to work from home while also having the fun of a covered fire pit/bbq. I love it.

I am Very happy with the cabin, i gave four stars as there is room for improvement, the grill could be slightly bigger, the tray which catches the ash needs to be deeper, the chimney top needs to be slightly bigger which covers the funnel, and the corners of the roof need to join with less of a gap as i had a leak when i first had the cabin, so the strips down the cabin covering this gap is the only protection, this is just constructive criticism so you can improve on your product. The service was excellent from salesman to workmanship,, and even when i called them back for the initial leak they responded immediately, and was more than helpful to resolve the problem. So overall i think its amazing and i am very happy with my purchase, Jeff.

Tod and Matt arrived just after 7am, and left 7 hours later, it was fantastic watching them build our 10m Artic Cabin.Team work at it’s best. They worked so hard and the result is just amazing. They cleaned everything up after themselves, it has been an amazing experience, I can not recommend them enough. Even some builders at the back of my house, shouted across this evening praising what they had seen built today.

Having had our Artic Cabin built yesterday. We have a very sloping garden! Todd, Matt and Matt did an absolute perfect job. They worked so hard in the relentless rain!! The Cabin looks absolutely amazing!! The whole process of communication, friendliness of the whole team was outstanding. Loving all finishing touches within the Cabin. The fire pit/bbq is so cosy. Absolutely perfect. Couldn’t be any better. Highly recommend Artic Cabins!

Our cabin was delivered and built in one day. The fitters were expedient and also polite and friendly. They kept everywhere clean and tidy. The cabin is fantastic - very happy with our new purchase - would highly recommend.

A fantastic product you will wish you had bought earlier. First class, friendly and efficient service from beginning to end. Installation went like clockwork, all in a very short period of time.

We’ve had our hut since September last year. Love it! It’s been so useful over the last few months especially - lockdown extra room away from the house! To chill and eat, glass of wine with the fire lit. Worth every penny. Well made and very good quality. A great space for friends to come and have an evening with a log burning - and out of the house! Easy to keep clean - multiple fuels can be used. Bbq bags, easy logs, coal, logs... depending on what you need. The easy light logs are great for effect and warmth for an hour or 2. Kids love it for roasting marshmallows.

The whole experience with Arctic Cabins has been fantastic. We found them via a web search and they are quite a way from our home in NW Cumbria however this was not an issue as we got our own personal walk through of the cabins - no rush, no pressure, all questions answered there and then so thank you Anne-Marie for that. We decided on the 10sqM cabin, booked a delivery slot and we were informed when the materials for the base would be coming and also the time to expect the delivery on the day. Well, Matt and Sam thank you, it has been a long time as I have seen people work as hard as you did, from the moment you arrived to when you left. Simply awesome. It took about 7 hours from starting to make the foundations to being BBQ ready - seriously, when they left we could walk in and go. Absolutely no mess left whatsoever inside or out. Handover and explanation was fantastic and Matt and Sam were simply a delight. The BBQ hut is even better than we expected, and the while we did not BBQ on the first night but we did have a wonderful evening in it. The sloping walls are a must, they make a great product perfect. I have no idea why we did not do this years ago it is so much fun Arctic Cabins gave fantastic experience from start to finish. Mark

Jamie and Todo came at 7.30am and started work straightaway. They had to carry each section through two garages and a garden to access the site where we wanted the cabin and that timberwork was HEAVY! They never stopped working until the cabin was completed round about 12noon. Jamie talked us through the relevant points regarding the bbq, lights and the treating of the wood. First class 2-man team. Highly recommended. Very impressed with work and quality of the cabin. From the resident Hobbits.

We wandered onto site purely by accident (looking for a shed..!), saw the cabins and within a couple of days had booked survey and paid deposit. Best thing we’ve ever done! The installers (Matt and Adam) were brilliant - punctual, polite and and disturbingly efficient. Debbie in the Office was such a great help with Admin and payment etc. Overall the whole thing could not have been better and we now spend as much time in the cabin as in the house... If you’re not sure, then follow these steps: 1 - order a cabin 2 - decide it was a rash decision 3 - do it anyway 4 - if in doubt refer to “1”. Thanks again, John and Kate Cooke

Mr T 07 July 2020, 11:48

A GREAT JOB DONE, ESPECIALLY AS WE RAN INTO LOCAL PLANNING PROBLEMS AND HAD TO HAVE THE CABIN MOVED SIX FEET AT COST PRICE! THE ONLY REASON WE GIVE 4 AND NOT 5 IS THE ADVICE WE WERE GIVEN TO PUT DUCKS BACK FOREST OAK ON IT WHICH HAS TAKEN AWAY THE LOVELY ORIGINAL COLOUR AND LOOKS GROSS. WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD FADE BUT THERE DOESNT SEEM MUCH SIGN OF IT YET - DISSAPOINTING

There are bbq huts and then there is Artic Cabins altogether a different quality. Well designed, well built and extremely robust. The cabin has been up for approximately 10 months. It was erected in one day and the guys were very accommodating, polite and punctual. With regard to the bbq / fire I would strongly suggest it is prepped and lit well in advance of your guests arrival as they can smoke initially unless you have a chimney warmer. Attic cabins are great quality.

We absolutely love our cabin and are getting used to lighting a coal BBQ after years of a gas one. A great place to gather with friends and family.
