Good product but overpriced and poor customer service experienced.

Best thing we ever did. All year round outside entertaining. Had a BBQ last week, in November, in the rain. Brilliant. Service was fantastic from sale to installation and all the way in between. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, excellent product

We had our 10m cabin installed during April 2016. What a great asset and much admired.Having had a small problem with smoke we asked advice and thank you Mark our problem is solved.We have found this company to be excellent not only during the selling and construction but the continued support is ongoing ,nothing is too much trouble,thank you .

We have had our 10m2 cabin for 2 weeks now and, apart from just enjoying sitting in it for the peace and tranquility it offers, have already had friends and family in for a meal on several occasions - including 12 of us for a Sunday BBQ - loads of room for all! The friendly building team (Tod, James and Dave) arrived exactly as planned and did a great job of the construction. The cabin just nestles in its site and looks as though it has been in place for years. The overall feel is one of a quality product which is well appointed and comfortable. We are looking forward to many years of use during all seasons knowing that we are insulated from the British weather and we would certainly recommend Arctic Cabins based on our experience.

Just had our 10 m cabin with Porch extension installed. Really pleased with it. Had no problems from doing the research, visiting the showroom, ordering and installation everything has been great. The lads worked hard building the cabin and completed in one day. I wanted something that was authentic to the Kotas I have see in Finland adding the Porch way made it in my opinion look the part also good for stacking wood and leaving boots in. I wanted a Viking long hall in the back garden but the Wife wouldn't let me :) so this BBQ hut is a modern compromise were really pleased with.

Had our 10m cabin nearly a month now and just love it. The service from Artic Cabins from sale to fitting has been fantastic. The fitters were excellent and so professional. Excellent service all round. Our cabin is just wonderful and I can't recommend artic cabins enough. Thank you.

We’ve had our 10m cabin almost 10 months now. Couldn’t be happier. Service at Nottingham was great, all went smoothly and the fitters on the day were hard working and very polite. A real pleasure to deal with. Yes there are cheaper versions out there, but we wanted to use Arctic because of their reputation and we have not been disappointed. Love, love, love our cabin (especially in winter!)

Couldn’t have asked for better. Visited the Nottingham site a couple of times before placing an order. The staff were very knowledgeable and patient as we had lots of questions. After ordering we were kept up to date with date of delivery time of arrival etc. The lads that came to erect our cabin arrived smack on time and were efficient and polite. They gave us a run through on how everything worked when they had finished. Yes the cabin was expensive but the quality was worth it as was the great fun we had in it since we got it.

Excellent service from start to finish. The cabin is amazing and has had lots of positive comments from staff and parents. The children love it and have had lots of Forest School lessons in it. We would definitely recommend Arctic Cabins.

Professional advice and service. From the initial site visit to the actual installation, everything ran smoothly. We were required to apply for planning permission as our lodge was less than 2m from our neighbours boundary. This was no issue as Arctic Cabins put us in touch with one of their Architect associates who handled the whole process. Permission was duly granted with no issues. The installation were brilliant! They arrived dead on time with everything they needed on the back of their truck. By 3pm the lodge was up and they were on their way home. My family and I are really pleased with our 10m lodge and look forward to years of enjoyment. Thanks.

Really pleased with our Arctic Cabin. Extremely well made, looks fantastic and the guys who built it on site were just great. Kids and adults alike love it and it’s given us some lovely times in front of the log fire on winter evenings. One improvement would be to have the lighting system fully set up with leisure battery. Otherwise highly recommend these cabins.

After seeing an ad for the cabins, we visited the website and arranged a site visit. Very quickly, we decided to go for it and installation was arranged for 2 weeks time. On the day, all went very smoothly and we have been delighted with the cabin from Day1. We use it regularly and are planning for sessions in the autumn and winter when we will be cosy round a roaring fire, whatever the weather!

From the ordering to the fitting I have experienced an honest and a reliable quality service. This aspect was especially important to me as it was a big step to take after I lost my husband two years before. Thank you Artic Cabins I love the social aspect the cabin has brought to my life.

Our experience with arctic cabins was excellent from our initial meeting at the Glasgow Ideal home show. The whole process was explained to us in great detail and the service we received was excellent.the installation team took 1and half days to install and they explained everything inside the cabin before they left. We are delighted with our cosy cabin and we have had many family get togethers in it since it was installed. Would highly recommend this company to our family and friends.

From order to purchase the process was great. We have bought a garden room from Gareth before and have found they are a great company to work with, not only on the installation side of things but the aftercare has been amazing. The team that came out to put the cabin up worked so hard in the weather conditions and the finished product is just WOW. We have had so many of our friends comment on our new BBQ hut and especially the Bar!! We couldn't recommend them enough.

The salespeople were straightforward, the fitters were ace, the cabin is amazing but the weather was awful! A storm was forecast and it arrived. I was left with a mopping up exercise which took a lot of time and effort. Yes, the British weather can be unpredictable but some days you just know it’s going to tip it down and fitting should be postponed. One other point - buying a £40 internal door from B&Q could be seen as undervaluing the rest of the cabin and workmanship - cos it does look, and is, magnificent
