Quality product! Been up two years and as good as the day it was built. Professional sevice and up within hours. Cheaper products on the market but personally Ive seen them after two years and there's no comparison.

Apart from a bit of confusion over how far away from neighbour's boundaries when it was erected, all good. I have put some fairy lights around it so lights up at night. The 10 seater is a good size and I love all the extras

Great, you can BBQ at any time during the year. Our youngest’s Birthday is December 30th. She always wants a BBQ, because she can! The whole purchase process, and the after sales service has been excellent.

We purchased our 10 meter Artic cabin Two months ago and they installed it a month ago, we are very very pleased with it,the guys arrived at seven worked very very hard on installing it including the base and showing us how it all worked. We use it so much .Excellent and cooks anything from a curry with mates to breakfast and anything else you would cook indoors or out

If you are thinking about getting an Arctic Cabin don’t put it off for a moment longer, just do it you won’t regret it. From ordering to installation the process ran quite smoothly even though we had to arrange separate carriage to the Isle of Man. We have spent lots of time in our cabin, in the hot summer of 2018 it was lovely for a bit of shade and now Autumn has arrived its cosy with the fire lit. Perfect for bringing your family together, even the dogs love it!!!

Excellent product. Came quickly and was installed in a morning and works well. Only 4 stars because the was no step to get in and some of the lights werewere missing This was rectified qickly. Since then I have brought in an electric cable and can now use it on dark nights

We love our Artic Cabin, we have had great parties winter and summer. Its a great asset to any garden, we can now spend more time outside which we never could before, The two guys who came to install the cabin were quick, clean and really helpful. We did have a few small problems which were dealt with promptly with no fuss, All around a great experience.

Arctic Cabins are a really good company to deal with. From start to finish their customer service has been second to none. The cabin was erected in a morning, transforming the back of my garden. The cabin itself is top quality (seconded by my electrician who put the power in for me) . Everyone who sees the cabin loves it! I have no reservations at all in recommending Arctic Cabins.

Our total experience from the discussion and purchase at the Build It Live show to installation was first class. The team that installed our cabin were conscientious, diligent and totally professional. The cabin is truly amazing and has exceeded our expectations. Our daughter has sleep overs with her friends, it’s a perfect retreat and escape from the stresses of everyday life.

Arrived on time and erected cabin in 4 hrs. No snags over a year later. BBQ excellent and ate in hut on New Years eve.
