Excellent artic cabin product and an excellent company to trade with, good after sales help and advice. The only small thing that should be included with a cabin with a wooden base is a metal mesh or grill on the inner floor vent to stop vermin entering. Easy made and fitted though - just a constructive comment.

This is a brilliant product. The cabin is tardis like in internal size. Beautifully finished and amazing to look at. It did everything it said it would "on the tin" and more.

Good value for money, and well constructed. Assembled by a team of 2 in just under 5 hours. There are similiar products on the market, but of an inferior standard, and that is reflected in the price and materials. The advantage of having an Arctic Cabin is that it can be used all year round. Very good for socialising, especially if you are using the Barbecue. Once the cooking is finished keep the Cabin warm with a Firelog. To avoid unpleasantness of neighbours always use charcoal that can be used in 'smokeless' zones. I use a Restaurant Grade Charcoal, that is approved for smokeless areas. An Arctic Cabin is a considered purchase, but a worthwhile investment.

We wanted our cabin before Christmas but were having the garden landscaped at the time. Arctic Cabins were excellent, finding an installation date that tied in with the landscaping. The cabin itself is nothing short of excellent and the accessory pack is just the icing on the cake.

Best service ever. Efficient and effective service from order to installation

I would give ten stars if i could. From the time of purchase till the men left site, i could not have wished for a better service. Friendly, efficient, clean, tidy. Everything we told we would get with cabin was present and correct. (which lets face it in this day n age is very unusual). We have had our cabin for two nearly years and use it often. The children, grandchildren, friends, neighbours all love it. many visitors to our home ask for a look inside and are very surprised at the smart and traditional Finnish. Needless to say WE LOVE IT.

Brilliant addition to our garden that can be used all year round.

Arctic Cabin fitters did not complete the steps to the barbecue hut (did not have enough timber) and promised to return 'when they were next in the area'. Had a site visit prior to ordering the cabin, the fitters were on site the previous day and knew what timber was required to finish the steps. After lengthy exchange by email with Customer Services I am still awaiting a response from Dean Selby. The product is excellent but the after sales service is poor.

We put a deposit down at a show and our lovely cabin was all fitted within 3 weeks. The team arrived early the morning it was booked, sorted out the base and were extremely professional. The cabin was up with a few hours and is perfect for having a barbecue any time of year, which is useful in Wales
