Great workmanship, service and advice!

We've had our cabin for 6 months now and use it all the time. It is extra family space where we can chill and actually chat, around a camp fire with no distraction from the TV. Great build quality and service when installed.

Only two words ..... absolutely brilliant!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, And great workmanship Our 10 Artic cabin has brought a lot of great days and Brilliant nights with family and friends with lots of amazing memories with our two boys , we’ve made it so cosy with Electric, a television, WiFi and usb sockets that it’s used frequently and would recommend it to everybody that likes all year barbecues and fires without the outdoor elements to spoil it it is a lovely retreat from being in the house, and anytime you want Something a little bit different and special an artic cabin is our WOW and we still pinch ourselves that it is ours 👍

Absolutely love my “Hobbit House” everyone who has visited has been so impressed. Food cooks perfectly with barbecue lighting with no problem at all. Thank you for your advise, amazing product and excellent overall service.

Great service - fantastic product

After showroom talk expected as near as perfection as you would probably get. Alas this wasn't the case. Unsymetrical porch which is what you see straight off. lots of rough edges to catch your clothes on. Lengths if wood jutting out to hit yourself on. Had it nearly 18 months now and haven't used it once yet. After installation did approach Artic to put things right but our carpenter said without major dismantling things wouldn't be improved much and we couldn't go through all that. So it sits like an expensive ornament in the corner of the Garden.

This was one of my best ever purchases. From ordering to installation was only a mere 2 weeks and the finished cabin looks fantastic. The team who came to erect it were punctuall, very polite and professional from start to finish. The cabin is finished to a very high standard and we have already made it into our 2nd home. Only regret I have is that I didn't order it years ago. Thanks for all your help.

What an outstanding company - from the initial contact, to the site visit, to the installation, complete professionalism all the way. Thank you Simon for being so patient, Mark for the logistics of getting our cabin to Co Kerry Ireland, Debbie for being so lovely when you are handing over the money and to Adam and Matthew who installed the cabin today, after a frightful journey from Nottingham. I honestly cannot praise the company enough. The cabin is fabulous and the quality is amazing, worth every penny. Highly recommend the team at Arctic Cabins.

Fantastic ! From the show to the build , all worked like clock work and we had our first Christmas breakfast in the cabin !! We absolutely love it and it’s worth every penny.

Great company and staff

we had to apply for retrospective planning permission for our cabin ( working with the architect they recommended) this culminated in it having to be resited which involved a lot of extra expense. Arctic Cabins moved it at cost which was greatly appreciated. Both sitings were accomplished in awful weather but the teams were amazing and completed the work to perfection. This firm we would highly recommend and their customer service is second to none. Thank you very much Arctic Cabins!

We had our 10m artic cabin fitted in may 2019 i did concrete base my self by drawings supplied fitters built cabin in 3 to 4 hours very friendly and tidy we have had many family and friends round for bbq everyone loves it and would like one in there gardens We’re having precooked roast dinners in there this Christmas with fire going for family and friends highly recommended very good value for money

Good value. Pleasant people to deal with. Fitters arrived early in the morning and worked until it was finished. Would recommend this firm to anyone.
