Really happy on the most part. The cabin is beautiful. Instillation was very very quick. I was promised some cussions etc. that I never received 😕 And the base could have been a little better, but apart from that all is well so far.

When we moved back to England from Australia, I seen one of these Cabins in a garden of a house we looked at on the internet and thought how cool, we travelled down to Nottingham after talking to Cliff on the phone, to have a look to see what they were like, Cliff was lovely and I loved the no hard sell approach, he showed us round and left us to it, that was it we were sold, had to wait a while due to Covid, but we had it installed in time for Christmas, must say the whole experience couldn’t have went better, Nikki was absolutely amazing and answered all my questions (and they were a few) without any fuss, we had a new lawn laid, and when Adam and Matt arrived they were fantastic, took great care and worked really hard, and gave us all the information we needed, can’t thank Arctic Cabins enough, great company, we’ve had as good a Christmas in our Cabin as we could due to Covid, we love our Cabin and are continuing to have lovely nights in, just can’t wait to show it off to family and friends, Cheers to more cosey nights in...Mark...

I Need My 10m2 Arctic Cabin Relocating !!! I Move house soon and cannot afford to be without my BBQ Hut from the first enquiry to fitting was amazing and upto now have had many happy hours of fun with friends & family and want this to continue But please contact me Arctic Cabins B74.

Just a massive thumbs up to our new Arctic cabin aka hobbit house. Adam and Matt did a great in the pouring rain building it and it is very much appreciated. Looking forward to social events when we can and summer parties😀😀🥂

We was very pleased with the installation of our Arctic cabin , Garden room And hot tube from placing the order to installation was absolutely fantastic We were even loaned a brand new hot tube Until our was manufactured a really great Company

Delighted with our arctic cabin, good construction, excellent sales service and love using it.

Installation was on our own base. They turned up first thing in the morning and were all done by early afternoon. Very efficient and attentive to detail. Very happy with the quality of the cabin and the installation. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Always fancied one of these cabins . When we went to visit the site in Nottingham we were just going to have a nosy as you do . As soon as we arrived we knew we were going to order one . The staff were helpful not pushy at all , which led us to buying one there and then. The next stage a member of the team come to see you and explain what happens next. We had a little longer wait due to Covid , when the 2 guys came to install they followed all guidelines and explained how to use the cabin and answered all questions. From that first visit the service was amazing . There maybe companies out there who are cheaper , but spend that little extra it is worth it !

Money well spent. Installation took 6 hours start to finish by a two man team. The team were efficient, polite and took the time to answer any questions we had as well as recommending a few things we should do to keep the cabin in tip top condition. Have made a few modifications to suite our particular needs and one to keep the squirrels out or the porch roof space but love every inch of the cabin. Only advice I would give would be to buy the biggest cabin you can !

Brilliant customer service and an excellent team installation effort! We love our arctic cabin, and chose a good year to welcome it, in 2020! It's seen plenty of distanced tea and birthday parties, VE Day celebrations and now we're stocking up on reindeer bunting for Christmas. Maybe we'll get more BBQ opportunities in 2021 :)

On Monday I called into the Artic Cabin show site at Nottingham looking to compare Garden Rooms as we had been looking at several suppliers. No hard sale just straight forward information and advice. The show site has various types of garden rooms fully dressed so you get a good feel of how it will work for you. The fact they are so flexible on design and British made sold it. The only down side was that on the site they also have the BBQ Cabins. As soon as we looked in it we wanted one and started to think if this would work as a garden room / office. In the end we got both and adjusted the size of the garden room to make it affordable although they helped with free installation. I am confident that the products will be as good as the sales service. Don’t let your wife look in the Cabins...unless you want to buy one.
