Cheaper versions on the market but you do really get what you pay for with Arctic cabins. The team are very knowledgeable and helpful. And there is no pressure sales just open discussions in a friendly atmosphere. It took us a year from our visit to them to decide, prepare the garden and revisit and decide on the size we wanted. Now we have spent time cooking and eating in our cabin we love it and so pleased we chose Arctic cabins. They surveyed the site and worked on schedule, installation guys were fun and good n quick. If you’re thinking of a cabin, visit these guys first as they will be the bench mark others need to beat! 3 of our friends are now considering a cabin after being in ours, when they’re ready it will be from Arctic cabins.

This is my second cabin installed at my nursery. The team are excellent, a delight to work with. Efficient, tidy, installed when they say they will install and their attention to detail is outstanding. Awesome job guys from David in sales to Debbie in accounts and the guys building my shelves!

Our two 10m2 cabins with connecting corridor were installed yesterday in a wood at home here in Suffolk. The installation team were terrific. Sam gets a special mention for staying on at the end of a long two day build and seeing to every detail. One is set up as a standard bbq hut, the second as a therapy room. Overall the effect is intimate and welcoming. Well done to Arctic Cabins for delivering a great product.

Very happy with the end product. The cabin was placed on a solid concrete base, surrounded by decorative brick to ensure damp could never penetrate the lower areas. This is a seriously good quality product, ideal for a garden, meadow or woodland setting. Perfect for very special BBQ parties and wonderful memories for children and adults alike. Its a special place filled with positive memories. And it is GREAT FUN

Hi, I brought my amazing 17m Cabin a year ago for my private SPA 31 Degrees Leisure Days in Eastwell in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. We use the Cabin as a changing room for our guests and the small extension room acts as a private treatment, our guests love it and we live it too. The Cabins are very well made.

The experience from ordering and advise given are truly second to none. Simon and his team can be rightly proud of their excellence in supply and product support. The build and fit went without fault on time and with minimum disruption their advice on positioning the cabin was 1st rate. Had my 10m2 cabin installed last Thursday by Adam and Levi. They were very pleasant and worked tirelessly all day to construct this excellent product. The attention to detail and quality of the cabin is very very impressive, our friends couldn't believe it and can't wait for the next invite!! Adam and Levi and more than likely your other construction teams are the face of Arctic Cabins to all customers, they do a fantastic job and hopefully receive the gratitude they deserve.

We have had our cabin for almost two years. The whole experience from planning to installation was superb.

We love our cabin, it’s extremely well made, very cosy, loads of room for all our friends. We did have an issue with the first team of builders, hence 4 out of 5 stars, they didn’t think it would fit on the base that our son in law had built exactly to plan, so I told them they should take it back as the base was indeed built to that plan. They also wanted to lay the floor with the boards at a cross angle to the door which I queried. We were however sent a second team who did an excellent job, the hut fits perfectly on the base and the floor was laid how I wanted and how the fitters said it should be laid. I would thoroughly recommend this company but they had one team of fitters who were not very accommodating. All turned out good in the end which is what matters. Can not fault the quality. ,

A great company to work with! The staff are so helpful, always available to explain options and nothing is too much trouble. The installation was hassle free and very quick. The product is excellent quality and people are always commenting on it.

Had a BBQ cabin installed on the 22nd January, fitters Jamie and Adam arrived smack on 7.30 in the morning (woke me up😁).. the weather was horrendous but both carried on working and had it all done in a few hours.. we are really pleased with it and it makes the Rest of my garden look shabby in comparison... The quality is excellent and friends and family love it... Would highly recommend buying one as they look absolutely fantastic in your garden... Many thanks to George and the team at artic cabins...

Fantastic company, from the first e-mail about viewing the bbq cabin to having it installed they were professional, courteous and supportive. Cliff at the show site, Debbie at the office and Jamie and Adam the fitters were second to none for customer service. Jamie and Adam arrived just after 7am and our bbq cabin was finished by lunchtime. What great guys 😁😁. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of purchasing any outdoor building.

All products are great after a month or two..but what about after that...things can change, but not for our cabin. It still looks the same as the day we bought it 4 years ago and only one coat of sovereign after two years that took 30 mins. No spiders, no smoke....excellent product from ordering to receipt to build to 4 years on...Paul

From viewing the cabins in Nottingham to installation took 1 month. The installers arrived on the date they said and on time, they put the cabin up in around 4 hours....amazing ! The first night it was installed my partner and i just sat in it for hours, cannot fault the cabin at all apart from having too many parties in it now as everyone wants to sit in it. lol .... sue & dean , skegness, lincs
