I bought a bbq hut in September last year, I would like to point out that the hut is extremely well made, the lads who erected it were so experienced and helpful and the service and after sales help that I have had from Arctic is first class. I shopped around initially and one company I approached and rang back twice and they have still not sent me their details about the huts they are selling, but Arctic Cabins responded to me straight away. I have used the hut at least once every week even in the coldest weeks of winter and it has become additional living space to the house. If you want the Rolls Royce of huts please don't do anything before you speak to Arctic, I bought mine without seeing one in person and delighted with it. Great two day build, the guys started just before lockdown one was in full flight and started early and just got on with the build. Two little reasons not to give this 5 stars, is would suggest that if you have an extension, have an insulated rear wall and if you have a bar, have one that allows for a normal depth fridge to fit underneath it. Must say it’s great fun.

All I can say is Wow!! Arctic Cabins were a joy to do business with. From initial visit at their Show site to the final installation. You delivered exactly when you said you would - no drama, professional job - great guys on site. We absolutely love our 14m2 Cabin - as do all our friends - The quality is fantastic - one of the best investments we have ever made.

Great service, lovely team who put it all together, and when we had a small problem with the door lock it was resolved really quickly. Absolutely love this little hobbit house! Definitely my favourite place to be on a chilly evening.

Good service in really bad weather.

Artic cabins on initial comparison to other manufacturers and suppliers may look to be much costlier than others, but on proper analysis the better value become apparent. Excellent service from initial enquiries to delivery, build and final payment. I wanted more windows and I didn’t want a bbq but I wanted a solar tube instead, I wanted two dormer windows and I wanted them positioned as per my instruction. I also wanted the floor insulated and the hut stained before it left the factory. The answer I received from the agent on each occasion was, “yes sir we can certainly do that for you, the cost of the additions were weighed against the standard features I didn’t want and a revised total agreed. The quality of materials and attention to finishing is exactly as advertised, I have carried out close inspection of material and finishing and I honestly cannot find defect in either, the two guys who delivered and erected the cabin were polite and respectful of people and property, they were well versed in the construction sequence, adequately and Knowledgeably answered all my questions and completed the build and signed it off to a satisfactory standard in only two days. Very happy with the cabin, it’ll last for many years to come. I would advise anyone looking to purchase a quality redwood cabin, built to last the test of time of time in the Scottish winters, to give Artic Cabin’s due consideration in your decision making process.
