Having fell in love at first with our friend’s Arctic Cabin, we couldn’t wait to have one of our own and it is without doubt the best thing we have ever bought. The entire process from our very first enquiry to waving goodbye to the two young men who put it up was excellent in every way. Once inside our cabin we feel instantly relaxed and we could be anywhere in the world. It is our little escape from reality.

Well the day finally came and as we were flexible our build was brought forward a month which was a bonus. The fitters called the day before and arrived on time and worked like trojans. They were friendly, happy and helpful and would be an asset to any business. The speed they completed the work without cutting corners was amazing they just worked as a real team. We are so pleased with the hut and as we come out of lockdown we will make full use of it. A few problems with the door sticking due to resin but this a natural product and a hopefully a bit of knotting solution has fixed it. I feel like a sales rep as everyone who walks past the garden stops an asks about it. A couple of items we were expecting didn’t arrive and it would have been better to have been informed prior to the build. Overall the quality of the build and building is exceptional. We have ordered a garden room from their sister company which we jope goes as well.

Firstly, I can't fault the cabin! Absolutely excellent quality and worth the investment. As a family with younger children, we have been making full use of the extra space especially during lockdown. The quality of workmanship and speed at which it was installed was incredible. I'm really sad to say though that the customer service side fell below my expectation :( I had read all about Arctic Cabins and reviews about their excellent customer service, this was unfortunately not my experience and I just felt like a number at times, with no after sales follow up to check we were happy (we were overall, but it would have been great customer service to confirm!). These cabins are not cheap for most people and it was an investment for us, yet I had to lead the email exchanges/calls requesting any additional information as there was no proactive approach from AC other than confirmation of the install date. I would have loved to hear about the additional options available for the cabin such as tall sparks guards and table tops etc - I found out about these on forums - as a family with young children it would have been great if AC had suggested the tall sparks guard for increased safety, the children were with us when we visited the show room. The guys who installed the cabin were great, helpful and friendly - a word to the wise in that you will need to keep a look out for roofing tacks/nails around the cabin, I collected around 20 or so amongst the grass once they had left. Overall would definitely recommend the cabins but customer service missing the personal touch during our experience.

We bought a 10m bbq hut from Arctic cabin and are so glad we did. From the first phone call they have been fantastic, with regular updates and they were even able to install early. The cabins are very good quality, professionally made and look outstanding. The fitters arrived early on the day of the installation and were finished by midday.

Sales team and installation team all amazing... love the hut and installed on given date and even stayed behind to help install my gemi fan.

Absolutely love our gorgeous BBQ hut. Looks amazing in the garden. Cannot fault the quality, customer service and excellent installation. We have been using it alot during the lockdown periods, a real escape from reality. So warm and cosy and have cooked lots of delicious food, steaks, lamb, pork shoulder, burgers and spatchcock chicken...yum yum. It looked amazing in the snow too. 100% happy with our purchase, worth every penny.

From viewing cabins and the help that we got choosing the right cabin for us was superb after all doing the cabins was also overwhelming on the day the cabin arrived was so exciting especially for the wife as it is something she wanted for quite awhile after viewing a friends I was surprised how very quickly the cabin went up two young lads who erected the cabin I am very polite now the cabin is up it’s like a second home to the wife I cannot keep her out especially after she got the TV put in now I can get some peace and quiet especially from watching the soaps ha ha so once again to all those involved through the process thank you very much

Fantastic product and a fantastic installation team. The detail with the finishing touches really took it to the next level. Kids love it.

Excellent service throughout from purchase throughout the build paint and aftercare service. All of the workers were fantastic and worked extremely hard in the searing heat (September 2020). Our room is the envy of all of our friends and family. Would certainly recommend Arctic Cabins.

The best cabin EVER! Literally from the second we placed the order back on Nov 2020 to now it’s been the best experience! Just from calling Ann-Marie in the office to the day they came and fitted our cabin its been brilliant ! Very efficient , quick, helpful & friendly!! We were so looking forward to getting our artic bar cabin & it definitely did not disappoint! The attention to detail of the cabin is brilliant! I just love it!! Thanks to all the guys who came and fitted it too very friendly!
