Great quality. The fitters worked amazingly well as a team. The cabin itself is just wonderful, already loved by all generations of the family. We cannot fault any aspect of it from pre-sales advice right through to now, when we are just enjoying the whole of cabin life.
I am delighted with my barbecue hut and everybody that sees it thinks it’s fantastic. I have had some great family barbecues in it and the grandchildren just love it. I can honestly say, it is one of the best things that I have ever bought and the service from Arctic Cabins was exceptional. It has enhanced the garden and would highly recommend.

The whole process flowed well. The installation coordinator was very helpful and the two installation guys were so professional. They just turned up early and got the job done within 4 hours. Very pleased with their work.
When dealing with Arctic Cabins, the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Simon the salesman wasn't pushy, let us take our time and was very helpful. The installation team were brilliant, proper grafters with an eye for detail. The BBQ cabin/ bar, well awesome doesn't quite do it justice, but it's AWESOME!!! It's our happy place, brilliant for unwinding and socialising (especially as there's draft Moretti in there)! If you're thinking about getting one, my advice is do it, you will not regret it!
From start to finish the guys from Arctic Cabins were professional and made you feel welcome. The whole process was seamless. The guys installing and building the Cabin so polite and really knew what they were doing with great advice on positioning the Cabin in our woods. Top job from ordering to eating in our woodland cabin dream Great company, Great product, Great Quality don't settle for cheap imitations.
The Arctic Cabin team were very efficient with their work erecting the cabin. After the base was made we decided on the position with their assistance and by early afternoon the cabin was complete. Workmen arrived on site at time specified. Very polite. Worked fast and efficiently I was impressed as from start to finish the base , and hut was in place within 4 hours ! All rubbish cleared away and updated on how to use the hut. Professional service from start to finish and can say we absolutely LOVE the hut ! It’s become our chillax zone.
